I use it almost everyday to relieve stress and tension. It's making my arms firmer too. I linked it to my bluetooth to play my music. I'm already moving up in speed. Awesome workout. Easy to hang up and use. It's very sturdy cause I hit hard. It fits just right on the inside my back door.

I have it hanging on my door into my garage and as much I use it, it has not fallen. It is velcroed on my door. Comes with gloves but not actual boxing gloves that cover your entire hand. While you are using it. It tells you how many calories you are burning.

This thing suck big time!! Only used it 3x then have to charge it. After that it just turn on and won’t turn off. The annoying music just kept playing until it died. Reach out to Amazon to complain and they said they reach out to seller, but never got a resolution or response. I hate to do thing, but beware of this seller and products.

I have enjoyed adding this to my workout routine. When I try to add my music via Bluetooth it has two options & they both say you need to download an app. There is no instructions regarding Bluetooth.

I was looking to start working out and thought this was a great way to start. Easily hooks up to my playlist on my phone. Easy to operate.
