I have been struggling with my knees for a while especially during exercise, I have found squatting a real struggle, this knee support has made so much difference, I am able to squat so much deeper and have a great range of motion. It is also really comfortable to wear, which I have found some knee supports to be fairly uncomfortable and more restrictive, This one also stays in place and I don’t have to keep adjusting it, which I have found with others. It is made of high quality materials WLH are super comfy to wear.

Over the years I've had numerous supports/pressure pads etc etc. All have to a certain extent helped with a problem knee cap.It needs support in a very small area yet very important one, Just below the knee cap on one side. This strap as with others does not cure it but certainly helps. I also like it as it concentrates the pressure in a very small area. Well padded and feel as if it should last a good while.Easy to hand wash and dry. Which means that they should last a good while.

Patella Tendon Knee Strap.My knees are really bad and require surgery but meanwhile I have been using full knee covering braces and they do help but they are very uncomfortable and very restrictive.I thought I would give this method a go and it is so much more comfortable to wear, it is probably more for the active person who still wants to keep jogging or doing there sport while getting some support for there slightly injured knee and would do this job very well but it has also helped with my very bad knees, it offers support without the restriction for example dog walking over uneven ground.The quality of this knee strap is very good, it has been very well put together and made with quality materials.Happy to recommend this knee strap.

I didn't find that this was very comfortable.It felt bulgy and awkward around the back of the knee and some of the stitching felt a bit scratchy.Also my knee felt more wobbly than without it.

I know the brand PROIRON from previous positive experience with their Tennis Elbow Support strap.The things I liked about this Patella Tendon Knee Strap:– The stitching quality and the prominent EVA compression pad felt premium– The upper & lower support straps help achieve sound compressionCould be improved: – Additional soft/breathable layer on the back of knee support to prevent scratching/chafing of skinOverall, a good dual support strap.

This isn’t the best style, not well designed and felt more painful. Didn’t offer the support I expected

I got this for my son as he recently damaged his tendons in his knees .He has been wearing it for just over a week and says he can feel some support there , but he would have expected more ? We will carry on testing and report back if there is any noticeable difference, but at the moment all I can say it does seem to work to some extent and for the price is good value for money.
