Size Name:500g This cacao paste is truly raw, not heated above 40 degrees C during processing. Cacao paste (sometimes called cacao liquor or cocoa mass) is 100% cacao beans which have been ground down. So if you are using it to make your own chocolate, it is like having cacao butter and powder ready mixed, approximately half cacao butter and half cacao paste. Cacao paste is solid at room temperature but melts easily. It's easy to make into raw chocolate, just melt it and add your favourite raw sweetener. This does make strong chocolate, add some cacao butter if you prefer it milder.

To acidic to be palatable. Caused gut issues too, I think.
