It looks good, it fits into my 1BR apartment, feel comfy when I sit. one of the legs at the back side was not perfectly fit when I received it, but I adjusted with screws. so I'm giving 4 stars. So far it is good.

Worth what you paid for, but not more.
It’s not an amazing futon as you can imagine for that price, but it looks okay, a little bit fragile, definitely not for tall or fat people. I would say that futon is more than okay for that price range. But don’t expect something amazing.

Nice, but arrived torn.
The couch is beautiful but the box came torn and resulted in a hole in the seams of the leather. It’s small enough that hopefully I can repair myself and save the trouble of returning it.

but this is super frustrating. How do you miss 2 out of ...
Our futon came with NO hardware...so now we have a mattress and no legs to attach it to. I am sure the manufacturer will make it right, but this is super frustrating. How do you miss 2 out of the 3 pieces you are supposed to send??/ I will post an update when i get a response from the manufacturer.****UPDATE*** 5-1-18- So the manufacturer sent us a replacement couch and it got here with the bottom material ripped open, probably due to the weight of the hardware, (Legs and screws) that they hide in the zipper compartment. See the pictures attached. So I triple checked our original couch and the zipper pocket was sewed completely shut. I had to cut it open with a knife only to find there was still NO hardware or legs in the original futon. So now I had to take the hardware from the ripped couch and apply those legs to my original futon and I have to send the ripped couch back. I will say this is my first negative experience of ordering furniture off of Amazon and the manufacturer did make it right but only out of luck. They should be able to send just the legs and hardware to attach them when they are missed. Instead, I have to take time out of my busy day to send a very large futon box back. If they charge me for shipping I will update again, and would not recommend this seller to anyone.Finally, the couch is pretty nice and comfortable and will fit our needs perfectly!

The couch is perfect! Exactly what I expected. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this. It’s pretty short but I’m a short person so it’s just right. Also super easy to put the legs on.
