Great for running, comfortable fit, no rubbing or chaffing.
My husband is a keen runner and was ready for a new running backpack. He has used this for both short and long runs, on the short runs he uses it without the bladder as he usually runs home from work and this backpack means he can bring all his essentials home without it weighing him down with his usual big work rucksack. On long runs that he normally does during weekends, he uses the bladder for hydration during his run, there is plenty of room for all the fluids he needs as it holds about 2 litres worth. There is a zip pocket at the front so keys can be safely stored in there. The rucksack is comfortable to wear whether he uses it with the bladder or not, and fits securely to his body without any rubbing, chaffing or anything digging in.Definitely a good rucksack for running both short and long distances and the bladder the hydration is essential for long runs.

Item received in good condition in a plastic bag. The bag comes complete with the hydration pack which holds 2 litres of fluid and sits neatly inside the pack. The pack is very adjustable to get it sitting just right on your back for any run/hike you might be doing. The adjustable chest strap is very good to lock the pack in place and hold it on your back perfectly. I like the extra pockets and areas you have to store all your bits like phone, keys wallet etc and the pack still has space inside even with a full bladder of liquid. After a handful of runs so far its performed really well and I now have it adjusted so that I don't even notice or feel that it is on my back anymore.

Overall I think this is a really good sports backpack
Already owning a running vest from BBAIYULE I was pleased to be able to trial for review this hydration backpack from the same company. Whilst I do overall really like this backpack, I do feel there are some areas that could have been done better.First off the bag is very comfortable to wear, thanks largely to the soft padding on the rear of the bag and on the inside of the shoulder straps (per photos) and also since the straps are all adjustable, including the chest strap which can be adjusted up or down. There is also a safety whistle on the clasp of the chest strap which is a nice addition (per photo of orange clasp). The bag has the main compartment which with the internal divider is split to two sections. If you are using the hydration pack then the section that faces that rear of the backpack is for this. Per photos there are two Velcro hooks at the top of the inside of the main compartment for attaching the hydration pack – you can then run the tube out the bag on either side and out over the corresponding shoulder strap. If you are not using the hydration pack then you could fit a fair amount of light stuff in the bag (light lunch, small jacket etc) in either of the sections. There is also a zip pocket on front of the main compartment but somewhat bizarrely the zip is on the bottom of the pocket and not the top. This is because within the pocket there is a sewn in mesh pullout with clips for storing bike helmet when not in use (per photos). I would have preferred if the zip was on the top and could then have used this generously sized pocket for general storage as well – still can but something feels wrong about placing anything of value in a pocket where zip is on the bottom and where gravity takes over if zip not fully closed or came undone accidentally. There is also a zip pocket and a drawstring pocket on the front of both shoulder straps. Per photos the zip pockets can fit a mobile phone in either side. With them being on the shoulder straps these are accessible whilst wearing the bag. I found the shoulder straps to be too wide – I think it probably stops from being able to sling over shoulder and also use as an everyday bag when just want to use something light. The hydration bladder is easy to use and after a couple of wash’s with plain water did not have any plastic taste like some can. Also the end cap for keeping dirt off and the pull / push for drinking / closing to stop leaks work well.Overall I think this is a really good sports backpack and at current selling price of £26 feel it offers good value.

Very nice
Used this backpack on a hike last weekend, and it kept me well-hydrated throughout the trek. The 2L bladder is easy to fill and clean, and the backpack is comfortable to wear.

Great little hydration backpack
This is a great little backpack for cycling. It has a LOT of pockets. Both of the arms have mesh pockets and zip pockets on them, the main bag divides into a pocket for the bladder and the rest of your stuff.I like the plastic cap on the spout for drinking from, my previous one always leaked on me when I left the spout clipped to my chest, this should stop that.Happy overall

Versatile
Stunning backpackI thought the bladder would take up the room of the backpack, but I was surprised to find pockets on the front. You have the elastic strapping at the back various pockets throughout. Very impressed. It’s lightweight very snug fitting obviously it weighs a little more once it’s had 2 L of water but this is a great best backpack which feels part of your clothing once wornOverall, very impressed highly recommend it looks stunning

Lightweight without water and works well
This is a great quality Hydration Pack and ideal for walking and cyclingI did offer it to my son who goes to the Highlands every weekend to climb Corbetts (he completed the Munro's) but he said the 10litres of water is of course, 10Kg and too much to take with him.So we have kept it for our long distance cycling and camping. It works very well and the extra capacity is very useful if likely to be a long way from a water supply. It's very well made and light to wear without water.Recommended
