First note that the product title says "...Copier Paper Multifunctional..." but the picture of the wrap says "multifunction paper". For the avoidance of doubt, you should expect to receive '5 Star' multifunction paper.I have bought five reams of '5 Star' multifunction paper on Amazon on two occasions; both times from marketplace sellers. I received the 'wrong' paper from both.The first lot that I received was '5 Star' copier paper. With all the different wrappers and codes to be found for '5 Star' paper it's possibly the same paper under a different wrap/code.The second lot I received was 'Eclipse' paper with no 'tag' but it is a multi-purpose paper. The seller told me it is the same as '5 Star'. The first ream I opened looked flat (probably from the pressure) in its wrapper but when I put it in a printer I saw it was warped in a wavy pattern. I can only think that it was damp before it was wrapped and once opened started to dry out unevenly in the office atmosphere. (I've uploaded some photos, if you're interested.) The second ream is less wavy but definitely not flat. I haven't opened the others yet. (The seller did say I could return it using Freepost.)My five stars is for the actual '5 Star' multifunction paper that you should receive and which I have bought elsewhere in the past. But, to be fair, excluding the warped paper, all three types have worked well in our Epson Stylus inkjet printers and there is no bleeding using  these  and  these  compatible cartridges (different sets of the same make: JETPLAY) so the other two types would also rate five stars. However, I like to receive what I order and I, for one, will only buy such items directly from Amazon in future.

Paper is ok but box they came in was ripped and all the flaps on on each team were open

This is basic 80gsm office-type white paper and it all depends what price you get it for. I bought five reams in August 2015 for £16.58 with free delivery and at that price I'd say it was a decent buy. The buy box price as I write this is £24.88, which is more than I'd want to pay for this quality of paper. The cheapest on Amazon Marketplace is currently £19.85The paper's good for internal office use, but I wouldn't use it if I wanted to make an impression - but then I'd be using at least 100gsm paper anyway. This 5 star multifunctional copier/printer paper is fine with my HP Photosmart inkjet. Most of my printing is double-sided and double-sided pages of text print on this without a problem. Dense pictures show through however.Bottom line: When the price is right I'll buy it again.

Good paper but a bit shiny.

En una parte del producto pone que viene 5 paquestes (5x500hojas) y en otra parte pone que sólo 1 paquete. A mi sólo me ha llegado 1 paquete y he pagado 17 euros por lo que es carísimo. Yo pensaba que llegaban 5 paquetes como pone en la web
