AT FIRST WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH IT THINKING RIBBON WAS BAD, BUT THE SELLER WAS AWESOME AND HELPED US SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS IT WAS THE TIME CLOCK SO MAYBE WE DIDN'T NEED A NEW RIBBON AFTER ALL, BUT HE WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY PATIENT HELPING US WORK ON TIME CLOCK OVER THE PHONE.
