If you value your poor bones and body and don’t want to spend your time in emergency, close this web site and run away as soon as possible!Here is my sad story: bought a bike, nothing special but just a nice fat tire bike, for $500. Not cheap at all... after riding it 6 times (5 of which were in city park), bike completely collapsed!! All mechanism that spinning/ running/ changing, included the whole pedal part, were broken within a second! I was 15 miles away from my car, in the middle of nowhere. Thanks G-d there was a guy who helped us to trim the chain and converted my bike to one speed bike. It’s not a fun idea to walk 15 miles with broken bike under 100 degree scorching sun!!! After I tried to ride this bike for several miles due to a high pressure, pedal part collapsed altogether and left HUGE SCAR, on my right ankle for the rest of my life! Great!!! To make my story short, after I returned from my destroyed vacation I contacted the seller, who of course, said “We don’t give a f&^*” in a much nicer way.Now I have to call to a manufacturer, which doesn’t give a f$&^ either :)After I sent all videos showing there is no part on it, everything destroyed and unable to be fixed, I received an email “I don’t knoooooooo, I’m sending you a new pedal”! Even after I explained and being interrupted by rude guy, who didn’t want to listen, they want to send me e damn pedal, that I don’t even have place where to screw it in!Now I’m sending a defective product claim to consumer department and looking for the lawyer that will be super happy to make money out of it!Hope this helps to avoid more injuries!
