I have a dog obsessed with lights, he was was delighted with this ball !
The media could not be loaded. My little Boston Barry is obsessed with lights , our walkies at night consist of him staring at the flashing Rudolf , still on a neighbours step for 10 minutes on there way there and a further 10 minutes on the way back . I seen this and thought he’d loved it but it was very pricey. I don’t know how long it will last and there were cheaper options but this one reviewed really well . The toy seems well thought out and safe and i respect any dog toy company that is putting safety first. Barry , who isn’t toy possessive what so ever but after I set it off there was no way his sister was getting a look in ! I felt really bad that I could afford 2 ( just about afforded that one) as his sister wasn’t very impressed with her giggle ball in comparison . It is a great idea and sensory , he loves the noise and the vibration which he loves . He’s had great fun with it all afternoon and now for a bit more fun this evening !

Expensive Dog Ball
Easy to set up as it already comes charged up. Nice size in that my dog can't pick it up in his mouth as it's too big which is good considering the mechanism is inside. At first my dog was frightened of it. He watched it with interest but if it came near him he would hide behind me. I will persevere with him and aim think he will eventually be brave enough to play with it. I do think however that it is quite expensive for what it is, a dog self rolling ball.

Our cockapoo loves this toy. It is strong and well made. Worth the price.

Kind of works, but my dogs scared of it!
The media could not be loaded. This dog ball toy consists of a vibrating motor unit in a ball shell consisting of two halves which fasten together. The white vibrating unit charges via included USB-C charger and is supposed to take 1 hour, but mine took a little longer. It comes with instructions, but they're not the clearest. To switch it on, you long press the button and by pressing the button again you set it into 'green crazy mode' or 'blue normal mode'. I wasn't really sure how to make it start though, but it would seem that once you put the vibrating bit into the ball case and screw the two halves back together, it activates. So it flashes lights and rotates in a haphazard way for 10 seconds at a time followed by pauses of various lengths where the lights continue to blink. If you nudge the ball when its sleeping, it starts up again. The timing patterns seem the same between normal and crazy modes, so I assume the difference is how vigorously it moves. To be fair I couldn't spot much difference.Although it does work, I found that it doesn't actually move around much or bounce very far so much as stay relatively in one place oscillating. It seems better on carpets, because on solid floor, it just couldn't seem to get enough grip for any traction. The main problem though, is that my dog is scared of it. Initially she was curious, but when it started vibrating and flashing, she legged it. Once it stopped she went back to investigate, but once she nudged it and it started up again, she scarpered pretty quickly and just started barking at it!!It could be that she'll get more used to it, but at the moment I'm undecided. It works, but the movement isn't as great as it could be. Its a bit fiddly to keep having to open and close the ball to change the mode or power it on or off, but most importantly my dogs not into it. It could be that a braver dog would get along just fine, but at £23.99 at the time of writing, its quite pricey if your dog just barks at it.

Works as advertised but it's stressing out my dog....
The media could not be loaded. This is a review of "pet prime Interactive Dog Ball, Moving Dog Ball USB Rechargeable, Activated Smart Dog Toys for Boredom, Durable Interactive Dog Toys with LED Lights for Small Medium Large Dogs"So, this arrives in a plain-ish box with instructions. You unscrew the ball, inside there is the core unit with a switch, you pick which mode (from 2), pop the unit back in and it's good to go.My dog was initially mystified by the antics of the ball but seemed to soon work out that if he left it alone it would 'calm down'. I do think though that it is stressing him out a bit.The ball is quite hard, you wouldn't want to be throwing it about the house, it could break something (and itself). It's probably half as big again as a tennis ball, my Cockapoo can just fit it in his jaws. Mine came with a fair bit of charge in it already (he has been playing with it on and off for a couple of hours now) but it comes with a lead for recharging (goes into the core unit). In summary then, works as advertised but I'm not sure that I'm going to persevere with it as I do think it's stressing him out a bit.- - - - - - - - - -Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge.
