For our Garden Ranch Dip, you will need 16 oz sour cream (or non-dairy equivalent) + 1 seasoning packet. Mix the contents of the packet with 16 oz of high quality sour cream in a medium bowl. Chill for 60 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to come together. Taco & Fajita Seasoning Mix - 3 packets (net wt 0.85 ounce per packet) Ingredients: Chipotle Chili Powder, Pink Himalayan Salt, Paprika, Black Pepper, Cumin, Garlic. For Easy Beef Tacos, you will need 1 lb of ground beef + 1 seasoning packet + 1/2 cup water. Brown the ground beef over medium heat in a skillet. Drain the liquid from the beef, and return the beef to the skillet. Mix the contents of the packet with 1/2 cup water, stir to combine. Add the liquid to the beef and turn the heat to simmer. Continue to cook while stirring until desired thickness is achieved. French Onion Seasoning Mix - 3 packets (net wt 1.16 ounce per packet) Ingredients: Onion, Pink Himalayan Salt, Garlic, Chives, Parsley. For our French Onion Dip, you will need 16 oz sour cream (or non-dairy equivalent) + 1 seasoning packet. Mix the contents of the packet with 16 oz of high quality sour cream in a medium bowl. Chill for 60 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to come together.

Fab spices, but I wish they were packaged differently!
Overall, great spices as usual from this company. However, I wish they sold these 3 blends separately (and in jars).I am already stocked up on the taco/fajita seasoning because it is also sold in a jar like their other spice blends.I can see myself using the ranch much more quickly than the French onion blend in this set... so it would be nice to have the option of ordering just the ranch.And I prefer them being in jars (vs these pouches) because it's easier to use a small amount with the jars (like putting a dusting on chicken, making salad dressing, etc VERSUS using the whole pack to make a large quantity of a party dip, which I cannot see myself doing more than once or twice a year).

YUM!!
I enjoy all of Primal Palate spices and this set didn't disappoint. The Fajita seasoning is a little spicy even for me and I enjoy heat so use caution. It's spot on as far as fajita seasoning goes though. I'm also going to recommend you look at their spices, especially the Adobo and Breakfast Blend. WOW!
