DEFECTIVE alarm. Misleading ad about power supply into standard outlet
Nice battery-ONLY powered alarm alert system. There is no where to plug in a power adapter. I tried but was unable to contact the seller to verify. The misleading ad description specifically reads "The portable wireless plug-in receiver plugs into any standard outlet." Also reads "Power Supply (Receiver): DC 9 V or AA Battery x 1 (not included)" as if a 9v power supply adapter can be used OR a AA battery. So Where oh Where is the standard outlet you use Seller? I hate it because I really like this item but do not want to keep changing batteries.12/06/18 update. Non-returnable DEFECTIVE and UNSAFE item. Was told to contact the seller and manufacturer. No manufacturer listed. Finally the link worked to contact the seller. This alarm keeps sounding off on its own with no activity. Great idea but FAULTY built. I do not recommend buying this at all. It just does not work as it was described to work. Annoying!
