I have not read this yet but It was free so I bought it. i am very interested in this subject matter so it will be very helpful when the time comes and I can put this knowledge to use.

This is not an organic method but it is very humane. The breed information was very complete as far as beginner breeds were concerned. I am older so metric measurements don't mean anything to me but the author did use enough feet and inches to make it useful.My problem was ,how many degrees is 180°C in Far.for the recipes at the end? The recipes sound delicious, but what do I set the oven for!

I haven't yet taken the plunge, and bought chickens, but this book, with it's rundown of various breeds and their capabilities, will be pivotal in whether I succeed or fail! Best e-book out there for the price!

Quick read with all the info promised! Breeds, housing, and basic processing are all included plus some good looking recipes!

I found it very informative, even though I have raised chickens for a few years, I learned some things about certain breeds I had not know.
