Birthday present.
My son is just graduating as a sports therapist so this was bought as his birthday present. The quality of the item was good and so easy to put up. The 75mm padding makes it very comfortable and all of the attachments means it is suitable for all forms of treatment. For all of you that are thinking of buying a table get this one.

WARNING: Be careful.
This company needs customer service training. Wish I’d returned the bed as soon as it arrived as it was flimsy compared to my last bed that was used for 10 years. The adjustable headrest kept locking in the upright position after 6 months, basically they didn’t want to know, even blaming me for how I’ve treated it. I look after all my equipment carefully. Have had to order new side arms to replace it myself. Thanks for nothing.

My clients love my couch and say it's very comfy
My clients love my couch and say it's very comfy. My only thing is if you're mobile it's not great purely because it's pretty heavy and faffy to get in and out of the car. I only have a small car (vw polo) but it fits fine on the back seats. I'd recommend it because it's easy to put up and down and as stated above very comfy... if you're mobile I'd probably recommend something maybe smaller/lighter which is easier to carry around :-)

I’ve just bought my second massage table which I’m really pleased with.Defiantly the best massage tables I’ve bought and love the extra padding on top.Lots of my clients have commented how comfortable the table is. Very good quality and strong. There is only one negative thing. The carry case.Being the second table I’ve brought I would have hoped they would have improved the carry case but it’s still the same. It’s not very strong at all. It’s a stupid design. The one side is much longer than the other so you can hook it over your shoulder which makes the weigh uneven. My first case torn after just a few uses and the zip is weak and bends if you pull too hard. Lucky I keep my massage table at home so don’t need to move it around but if you want to use this on the go I’d suggest buying a stronger carry case. I’ve hurt my back just taking the table to the car. Very poor design.

massage heaven
a weekly massage is what the Dr ordered and this suits me just fine. Height adjustable, comfortable, easy to put up, no faults to think of. Used every week since receiving it.

Appalling customer service.
Mid to top section lost its depth of cushioning after approx 10 weeks. Supplier refused to acknowledge fault. absolutely appalling customer service - no intention of honouring warranty despite photographs & detailed analysis. This happened whilst treating on average 10 - 15 clients per week. I have a excellent reputation within my field of sports therapy & equipment was always used properly without ever getting anywhere near the weight limit of the table. I never leave negative comments without just cause & I gave HRH Hill several weeks to rectify the problem. I even offered to pay extra to upgrade the table such was my wish to resolve amicably ! Hugely disappointed with their attitude.

Started off okay, ended up not being as good a quality as it 1st appears!
Downgraded my star rating-see updates at the bottom of this review!I bought this after doing a lot of research. Overall I am pleased with the table, it has very thick padding & looks professional & comfortable-I haven't used it yet. It is one of the widest on the market & height adjustable.I personally don't think it is lightweight enough for using as a mobile therapist & the table is large when folded up due to the thick padding, so would probably have to put back seats down in a small car. The added items; the headrest frame, padded head rest & front arm sling do not fit inside the bed when it is folded unless you take them all apart & store them as they arrived-this would create a lot if fuss & extra work having to put them together with each home visit. The bag is a bit useless other than to protect the cover on the table-it is a tight fit & fiddly to get the table in & zip up-again it would be too much hassle to put the table in the bag after each home visit/treatment, especially if you have a few in one day. Also the bag only has one handle, so it is virtually impossible to carry it on your shoulder. I would recommend the table-but for static use within a salon or home where it is out permanently.Be careful when looking at the weight load of 600IB's, I didn't realise that this is actually a COMBINATION of the clients weight PLUS your own downwards pressure of up to approx. 300IB when carrying out the massage. I found that to be a little misleading when researching this bed on other sites. I haven't used the bed yet, so I am hoping it withstands wear & tear and the thick padding doesn't hold an imprint of the clients bodies when used.UPDATE- July 2016. This massage table has lasted well, the only criticism is that over time; 2 years, the foam has permanently flattened somewhat on the upper body section of the table. It would be a good idea for the company to change the design so that the leatherette is velcro'd on or fastened using heavy duty press studs or something similar underneath the table instead of staples, so that over time, we can undo the leatherette cover and replace the padding; but then I suspect the company would lose money on new purchases!UPDATE 2018. As I previously stated, back in 2016, the thick padding became permanently dipped in the middle after 2 years, which meant it was no longer as comfortable. Not wanting to just add to landfill and get rid of a table when there was nothing wrong with the frame, I decided to re-upholster the upper segment sponge part of the table myself-nightmare! Was very hard work and again after a year or two, the new sponge started to sag in the middle again. I have come to the conclusion, that sadly, there's no getting around this, if you choose the thicker padding, know that it will sag in the middle over a couple of years, from the heaviest part of people's body weight being pressed against the same part. After 4 years use, the leatherette all around the face hole of the table has started to peel off from friction of people's faces being lifted in and out and also from cleaning for hygiene. One of the legs now creaks during use, which is very distracting for the client, I have to push my leg against the side of the table when working on the opposite side to try and stop the creaking sound. Also the face cradle has stopped being locked in to place and works its way out away from the table when the client moves or turns over-which you have to keep a careful eye on throughout each treatment (I've tried tightening with an allan key) it's sturdy to rest the face on, but the plastic prongs that insert in to the holes in the table come out and away from the table with movement from the client. At only 5`1, I find this table still a little too high for me on the lowest setting. I feel it could do with being 3/5 inches lower for me to be able to properly use my body weight and stop my shoulders from rising-not good for posture! Started off as a great table, but the quality is not built to last more than a few years.
