Liroyal Unisex's Safety LED Bicycle Lights, Blue, One Size

I ordered two of these about 30 days ago, but i have only just opened them since i started using my bicycle to work and i want to be more visible at night.I have just taken the item out of the packet, I opened the battery compartment to remove the protective plastic and complete the circuit... It doesn't quite work..And talking of plastic, the 'chrome' looking casing is actually plastic, not metal, so it doesn't look like it would last long term cycling around London roads.. perhaps the manufacturers were thinking about rain and electric shock, but it feels very cheaply made.. I guess I should've considered quality/price..Its a shame that the Description didn't say that its for CAR-Valve type bicycle tubes at the time of purchase..and still doesn't about a month later..When shaking it in trying to reproduce the light as per the description image, nothing happens.. and i took note of how the batteries should go once opened the battery compartment..Not very happy with it but i am over the 28-day return policy, so nothing i can do now..I have kept the batteries, they could be good for something else so they are in my utility cupboard.

I bought these recently through Amazon and was very pleased that the product turned up so quickly. Really good serviceOff the bike, the lights work really well. As soon as they are moved at all, a nice bright blue light is emitted. I've seen others using something similar around the city and the effect is very strong when put inside a rotating wheel.So, I removed the dust caps on my road bike and went to attach these, hoping that they'd make me even more visible when commuting. At this point, the quality of the product lets itself down. Both caps that I bought fractured when attached to the valve. The cylinder of the cap is plastic and the burrs left over from the casting process mean that the thread is obstructed and bursts the plastic when attached to the valve thread.In all, I'm disappointed with this. I have emailed Discount Stores as soon as this happened but have had no response as yet. I will give them some more time.I guess you get what you pay for - these are simply not up to the job.

Very bright and existing batteries and bulb have lasted daily/nightly use for the past year. Tried to get replacement batteries, but could only find ones for £3 each! Seeing as this was only £1 to start with, putting in £9 worth of batteries seemed ridiculous. Only downside - the thread is very poor quality and you have to be careful when attaching it to tube valve as one of mine split very easily.

these are good for a while until the battery dies and then they get dim very quickly, you will find yourself spending as much on batteries as the lights themselves. more of a novelty than a genuine way of making yourself more visible in my opinion unless you're prepared to replace batteries constantly.

Those did not light very well and are quite difficult to fit as if they are put too tight they do not light at all, too lose same story. Too complicated not worse the expense. The photo is misleading as it does not look like anything like the product

These lights came on time and the packaging was small enough to fit through the letterbox.Very bright for they're size and price giving a strong blue blue light. Very much visible and easy to fit on to both presta and S valves (although you may have to take the top off when screwing on to the valve).Overall really pleased.

I love getting this out every winter - it responds to the slightest touch or motion, so when I carry it in the side pocket of my bag during the day, it keeps flashing on and off. really nice and responsive :-)
