At first i was sent the wrong size and then i was contacted by john the owner after he seen my review, he apologised for the mix up and personaly came out to bring me a new pair which are an brand new upgraded version of the ones i previously received and he also gave me a valour strike hoodie. I couldnt be happier with the customer service and quality of their products and will be definitely spreading the word and buying there products in the future.

I train in Muay Thai and was looking for some shin guards that were, easy to get on, the straps were long enough to go round my calves and stay done up, fitted well, gave me and my sparring/training partner the protection needed and were lightweight to wear. I have to say that since I bought these shin guards I have not looked back as they meet all of my criteria above and more - I have just ordered a second pair. Brilliant, highly recommend.

Bought these shin guards based on reviews. I usually use Top Kings shin guards but they can be a little bulky which hinders movement a touch, especially when points sparring. The Valour Strike shin guards in comparison are super light and they are very comfortable straight out of the packet. If Top Kings give 10/10 for protection I would say the Valour Strikes give 7/10 which is ample for all but the hardest of sparring, I think these will be good for shin conditioning as well. I am 5ft 10” and 80kg, I opted for the large as I’m right on the cusp between the medium and large according to the Valour size guid on their website. The shin guards fit perfectly finishing just below my knee, they do not restrict movement or dig in at all. In terms of instep (foot) protection the guards end with just the tips of my toes and my big toe exposed (I am a UK size 10 in shoe size), This is ideal for all gyms except those that insist on full foot coverage including the toes.Customer service from Rachel from Valour was excellent, concise and prompt. If you do order the wrong size I believe they have a 28 day return or replace policy. For the price these shin guards are excellent. My only minor niggle is that the lower velcro strap could benefit from being 25% shorter, but that really is nitpicking and doesn’t affect the function of the shin guards. There is a reason why these are top sellers on Amazon. I’ve tried Top Kings and Venum (Ringhorns) and the Valour shin guards are by far my favourites and by far the most comfortable.

Bought these as a middle ground as I found my foam ones too soft for lots of heavier sparring and my thick ones too padded for level of conditioning. This set are perfect for sparring. Just the right thickness to feel the impact without getting covered in bruises. They're also slim enough to not get in the way grappling.I was just inside the measurements for a medium, if I'm being hyper critical they're a little short on the shin but no real complaints!Would buy again, would recommend.

Well made, lightweight (forget i have them on after 2 mins), good protection.I prefer them without the foot protector (carefully cut the foot protector off at the ankle joint) which makes them more versatile for all types Martial Arts.

Usually, I find shin pads a bit clunky and cumbersome but these are great.I've got fairly small shins and feet (I'm ~5.5ft) so most generic ones seem a little large on me but these fit really well!Definitely, recommend if you've got smaller legs.There's enough room to put mma shin guards underneath too if you want to double up protection (which is what I did after getting a shin injury).For the price, definitely, recommend - a quality item! Don't know why some people are complaining about the foot straps, they're really comfortable - think they may be trying to use them with shoes on?!?!?

Excellent leg guards for the price. I've used them so far for sparring and bag work and they hold their own in both areas.The robustness of them is excellent, the design is sleek and for the weight they are, they hit hard, but not too heavy, so perfect for not injuring your training partner.Able to throw all varieties of kicks with ease , and they don't rotate when hitting any type of bag.Really really impressed with them and also the customer service from John and the team. Absolutely 5 stars and recommended.Best of luck to them and their business and happy training all.

If legs are smaller yet you are quite tall, there may be quite a bit of leftover Velcro, however they are extremely durable and have never caused me concern
