Good multivitamin. I waited until I took the whole bottle before writing this review. It has everything I was looking for and does the job well.

Item received as Vine member.Picture on web page same as received item.Product has outer and inner safety seal.After a bad experience with another vitamin supplier I now do a "dissolve test", not "scientific" but something to consider especially if you have family member with low stomach acid or just want to make sure capsule not lingering around in your gut, unopened. I put capsule in hot water and another in room temp water to see how quickly it dissolves. This product passed my "dissolve test".Capsules have no odor or taste and easy to swallow.Recommended dose is two capsules. No "weird" feelings after ingesting, even hours later.Compared to my current Multi-vitamin it has a lot of same vitamins except a bit lower dosage and this product does not have any of some essential vitamins. Need to take 2 capsules for one dose.Product does not have: Calcium - Some may want it (women) and some may not need it (men). Overall I think it does not need to be in product because most people get enough Calcium but not Magnesium which is needed to balance out Calcium). I figure I mention because some may want it. Potassium - Most people do not get enough potassium in diet.Product does have: Iron - Some may want it (women) and some may not need it (men). 9mg per dose (2 capsules). Magnesium - Good amount 150mg Zinc - Good amount 15mg Cooper - Good amount .9mg (Necessary if taking Zinc) Trace minerals: Selenium, Manganese, Chromium and Molybdenum.I think the B Vitamins listed are on the low dose side, it helps my energy levels. However, some people may want low B Vitamin level because it makes their urine bright yellow (although that is normal when excreting B vitamins).I would like to see product have following to give 4 stars:a. No Iron optionb. Time release option (my current multi-vitamin tablet is time release but very large).c. Include PotassiumOverall a good product.Please consult your Doctor before using any Supplements.

These Sculpt Nation multivitamins are suitable for men and women. The amazon page says made in USA, but the bottle doesn't say where. Although, the company is based in Las Vegas. There is a phone number and a web address given. They also have a FB page and instagram account. Bottle says made in a FDA approved facility and in a GMP facility. Has an easy twist on/off lid. Bottom of bottle gives a lot number and the month and year they were manufactured. Mine was made in February and I received them in March, so the didn't sit around long. I love that it has 50% of my DV of iron, which I normally take an iron pill. A serving is 2 capsules. No complaints, although spendier than my norma vitamin.

This vitamin is comparable to most daily vitamins that I am used to seeing/taking. It has the same outer capsule that you see on most pills these days so there is hardly any taste to them. The ingredients seem fairly run of the mill, some a little less that average, some a little more. Overall it seems pretty middle of the road with a price tag a bit on the higher side.

I really like the formula of this multivitamin and love that I'd already have servings of veggie and fruit by taking these 2 capsules per day. However, I'm going to be honest that one bottle at almost $40 for one month is out of my range. I may not continue after this bottle.Another side note is that I researches on the website provided on the product bottle (honestly, to see if there is any discount there). Surprisingly, there are many other products but not this one listed on the website!

I just ordered this "Sculpt Nation by V Shred Multivitamin" bottle for my 95-year-old Navy veteran Dad. He mostly eats out of his freezer now, except when we visit and take him out to dinner. It's good because he knows what he likes and how to microwave it, so at least he's eating. It's not so good because his daily intake of fruits and vegetables is worse than mine, and I wouldn't know a fruit or veggie if it came up and bit me.So not only does this supplement have a wide variety of necessary vitamins and minerals, but it also has "a full serving of fruit and a full serving of vegetables" in every Serving Size of 2 capsules. I've taken a lot of new supplements over the past couple of years. This is the first that combines a vitamin supplement with a serving of fruit and veggies. What a great idea!I'll know if they have a positive effect by talking with him over the phone. I fully expect these capsules to benefit him. When I confirm this, I'll return and buy some bottles for us, too.
