Having searched for a ‘basic’ smartwatch I found this excellent one which offers me just what I was looking for.It allows calls to be made and received, alerts to texts etc and importantly for me, plays my audio through the built-in speaker and to a good quality for close, personal listening. I don’t use the many sport functions so can not comment on those but the step counter, blood pressure monitor etc seem good.An issue has arisen with one of the straps - both of which are stylish and comfortable - but Irene at Efolen has been fantastic, very quickly arranging for a solution outside of their normal practice. Thank you Irene.I have compared this watch with other high end models, all of which are a lot more costly and for the functions that I require, this watch has more than some. It also has one of the slimmer type faces and strap so is ideal for a smaller wrist. The FitCloudPro app used to pair with the watch is easy to use. The face dials can be changed as well as the quick release 16mm straps.If you are looking for a value for money, functional and stylish smartwatch then take a look at this one!

I love it! It comes with a smart looking strap and also a plastic one, great for when I'm doing sports. I struggle to remember to drink so I love that it has a function to remind me, it's fantastic. It records deep and light sleep! Has a torch! Weather app, heart monitor and so much more. It is extremely value for money , beautiful colour and comfortable!

I waited a few months before reviewing. I haven't had a smart watch before and it took a little while to get used to this watch. It has a nice appearance and is not too big and clunky on my small wrist. I like the look of the metal mesh strap but it tends to catch especially with long sleeves. I have changed to the plastic strap (it comes with both options) and it looks fine. The watch works with an app. The seller was prompt and helpful when I asked questions, which I did several times while getting set up. I am enjoying it now that I'm familiar with it. The only small niggles are that it doesn't always connect to the weather, and you can only add a couple of extra sports - I don't need badminton, basketball or soccer and would like to add yoga, pilates, maybe zumba. There are lots of watch faces to choose from, some are quite garish but I have found one that I like that looks classy. It is a nice watch, holds its charge for about 5 days and I think it is well worth the price. 5 stars would mean it is perfect and it is not quite perfect, but very good and I would recommend it.

Product arrived quickly and the wife was very pleased with her present, It looks neat and isn't as bulky as some of the smart watches. We did have an issue with charging after about six months, so spoke to the suppliers and they were excellent. Replacement item sent within 2 days. First class customer service.

Positives:-Lovely design, good choice of dial pictures. Easy to link to my A15 Samsung phone. App is easy to use - although it took a while to realise 'pushing' means send to phone! Brilliant magnetic strap so no need to alter. Battery life of approx 2 days, but I don't use the sport features. Negatives:- doesn't measure BP Or oxygen, only heart beats. I don't believe the step count is correct. Also lights up at night like a beacon on every movement so if you want it for sleep control it may become a pain..

I liked that the watch was easy to work and was aesthetic ally good.However most functions dropped off from the App and would not rebind. All I am able to do is tell the time and record steps.After communication with Efolen they have agreed to a replacement watch. The person who spoke with me was very helpful.Thank you Efolen for your quick response. The replacement watch is perfect.

Personally I don’t find this as good as my previous H band smart watch . Also it’s stopped working within two weeks. Not happy with this product . Also the magnetic strip is not a great idea . It sticks to things you don’t want it to . But works it way undone .

Good smart watch. Bought for my wife, who really likes it. The magnetic strap, is very good.
