This is brilliant!I've used this every day.The company kindly resolved the issue with the plug and I'm absolutely delighted.My preferred drinking temperature for coffee I've decided is 52°C (126°F). It holds that temperature very well, for hours, It is easy to switch the display between °C and°F. I've tried it with tea too as I wondered if it would develop that 'stewed' taste if left for a long time at a fairly high temperature but it doesn't it tastes fine. I did have a cold coffee I'd left on the table and forgotten about, it says it will heat a cold drink quite quickly - and it does. Importantly it tasted fine.It isn't the cheapest mug warmer in the market. I think given a bit of time though it will pay for itself by saving me throwing away forgotten drinks.It stands on four little feet and one thing that concerned me was how hot it might be under the base (it is on a wooden table and I didn't want it to be damaged by the heat) however the heat level under the base is just a very gentle warmth so I don't think it will be a problem.The mug has a satin finish which makes it pleasant to drink out of and the shape makes it comfortable to hold.

Very good Heat Coaster that includes a cup warming unit, cup, lid, and stirrer. What sets it apart is the LED screen on the main unit, which displays both the current cup temperature and the desired temperature. Adjusting the temperature is simple with the plus and minus buttons. Right off the bat, I was impressed by the attractive branding and the informative instruction booklet. The cup itself is equipped with silicone strips on the base and features the word ikago on the side. It comes with a spoon and lid, with the lid being essential for maximizing the coaster's heating efficiency. The coaster does get warm, so be carefull when using it.

First I purchased one as a gift, then one for me, then my work colleague bought one. Based on all three I can say these are really great. They will keep drinks warm in standard / no supplied mugs but the one you get is optimised.I like my tea warm, not hot and I used to always miss the "sweet spot" as I allowed it to cool and then waited too long or got distracted. Now, I set my ideal temperature and I can see exactly when my drink gets to that level.It will keep the temperature for a long time, certainly over an hour from experience. At that stage, the tea starts to get a skin and you won't want it for that reason.I use mine every day and I am 100% happy with it, so are the other two that I know about.

This is a great gift for a coffee drinker, it keeps your coffee warm when you need it to and the heat up times from cold to hot coffee are insanely fast
