Good posture corrector. Basically putting it on is exactly what you would think. You get it on over the back of both of your shoulders and the elastic helps pull your shoulders back and into position. Great for people who are trying to correct a lifetime of slouching and stuff. It seems to work so far and reduces pain caused by bad posture as well.

This really holds my shoulders back . I’m getting older started slouching this is helping me to keep my back straight and less lower pain

Do not waste your money. This is cheap does not work like it is described. It literally does nothing.

This was very easy to set up and comfortable！It also worked perfectly for headshots I can adjust the tight and length. It is very stable and does not dial up or down the intensity. Nice purchase experience!

This was disappointing, unfortunately. It digs in your armpits/axillae. Save your money. Ill keep looking…
