The feel and comfort are there but it’s too low it should be higher, the picture misled my purchase as it looks bigger and more buffed but u. Reality it way thinner.

I liked its memory foam and softness. Would like it to be a little more thicker as I think a 7 inches pillow would suit me the most. I added a small pad underneath and it became a perfect solution for my neck pain.

Might be ok for kids, but if you're an adult with shoulders then this is way too low.
