My Dr. told me not to believe ads using products like these for weight loss. Apparently there are very few regulations and control over these types of products, so, companies can make all kinds of claims. This sounded like it had a good fruit and vegetable and vitamin base in the gummie. The 1000 mg is apple cider vinegar. I have that in the cupboard. I could make some salad dressing to have once a day and take my regular...more powerful...daily vitamin and it would be a lot less expensive. Lesson learned...once again I didn't check the label and let my impulsiveness take over.

This gummy is easy to chew with a pleasant taste and no vinegar after taste.

This is just sugar, it did not work as directed to use at all. My expectations were low and it was lower.

Don’t waste your money.

They taste good, but so do gummie bears. And they are as effective as eating gummie bears. I ate a calorie restricted diet and excercised while taking 2 gummies 3 times a day. There was abolutely no difference in my weight loss than if I had not taken the ACV gummies.

Zero results from essentially cider vinegar gummed. No health benefits. Not worth the money. Spotty quality. Did not suppress appetite.
