I have a troybuilt mower which calls for a battery 925-04323. Will this battery work in my mower?

That 925 number is TroyBilt's internal part number. When the original battery in my lawn mower gave out, I ordered a replacement from TroyBilt. Cost 80 bucks! Don't buy commodity replacement parts from the factory!

What is the "Expiration Date" or "expected life" of battery?

The life of any rechargeable battery is between five to eight years, depending on how you use it. A rechargeable battery has to be charged at least once in six to eight weeks time. If you do not charge it for longer periods, you would need more time to fully charge and it would discharge faster. If you do not charge it for half a year or more, the life would be may be couple of years without full power. So, it is upto you to take care of a rechargeable battery.

is this inter-changable with a NP2.3-12PFR 12V 2.3Ah, for Craftsman mower

I bought mine for a Troy-Bilt (6.75 Briggs & Stratton) 21" electric start mower. I don't know know about the Craftsman mower requirements--- sorry.

Is this battery compatible with the UB1222 form profile? I need it to fit in our disabled son's lift. Thanks!

I do not know if it would fit into your lift. I used it for the Law Mower and it worked. A battery actually gives the current and if it matches with what voltage you need and it fits in the lift, it should work.
