I normally wear my golf shoes until the spikes completely wear out and then replace the shoes as the cost of replacement spikes are a decent percentage of the new shoe cost. I will change that policy and replace older spikes when they start to wear out. These spikes from Tandefio make it economical to change them. I purchased a new pair of shoes and changed out the originals on one shoe with these. I couldn't feel any difference between the sides. While I did change them back as I wanted to have the same spikes on both sides, I am comfortable with replacing them as they wear out.
