Very good quality
I have been using Plantronics head sets for a number of years now. That's the step up from my previous model and I'm very pleased. Very ear sound and others says they can hear me clearly without background noise. They are also quite small and compact comparing to other brands. Very pleased.

Great for office conference calls
I bought this because I spend half my working life on conference calls either on my mobile phone or via Skype. This works equally well for both, with the 3.5mm jack and USB connector.I had a small issue using the USB connector initially because I didn't push the 3.5mm jack fully into the socket on the audio controller. Once I figured out I needed to use a little more force it worked great.The earphones and the mic fold flat for easy storage, and I bought the recommended hard case which is good for storage and travel in a laptop bag.

Excellent headphones
I've had these headphones for over 5 years now. Work gave me a pair and still going strong, absolutely excellent. One tip I would give is when packing them away, try not to bend the wires in a wrapping motion, place the headphones in and the wires in the middle loosely, will help with the longevity. Wrapping the wires has cost be a pair in the past.

I have had this head set for just 6 months now, and the hearing is useless. During a call the other persons voice fades and becomes intermittent Often the call does not come through the speaker and you suddently become aware the whole room is hearing your conversation. Would not recommend

Expensive, but a Great Product
I would highly recommend this product. So far used with my work PC, my MAC Book Pro, office Alcatel telephone, iPad Pro and my Samsung S7 Edge. The comfort is outstanding if you are on a long call. The sound quality (at both ends) is excellent. It has a travel bag to keep everything together which is also very handy, if like me you travel between offices on a regular basis. Although my headline indicates that it is an expensive product, if you take into account the connection options, overall it is well worth the cost!
