These glasses really help reduce eye strain. Now, I may look a bit weird because I already wear perscription glasses and having these on under my other glasses is strange - but it helps, especially when staring at a computer screen for hours and hours.

Didn't work for reducing eyestrain. The lenses are too light to do anything. I returned them.

Things are not quite as clear at night as I hoped, but they do help the glare.
