I have a Master's Degree in medicine but am not a physician so do your own research. After researching red light exposure for months, I find it solid. Red Light apparently helps with a variety of ailments from skin rejuvenation to psoriasis to herpes sores to inflammation. Infrared therapy has long been known to decrease muscle aches. Don't believe me. Check out the research papers on pubmed.This light is 1/2 infrared and 1/2 red light at the optimal nanometer range of 850 nm and 650 nm respectively. I believe it is substantially similar to other products that may cost thousands of dollars!The only comparative difference is the rather cheap stand which is handy and clever but still made of plastic. They could design a much better stand like a full movable lamp stand that firmly attaches to the panel and people would be glad to pay several times more for this product!However, this minor inconvenience is worth it! If you want a a light attached to a solid movable, metal frame for use in a medical office, and want to spend $5,000 (at least) then by all means look into Healite. Doctor's will charge you $50.00-$100.00 per session! If you just want the infrared and red light panel for home use this is by far the best option I could find.The panels are lightweight and contain 75 Red light diodes and 75 infrared diodes on a flat panel made from composites.You could definitely use the panels in a professional setting (or at home) if you attached it to a professional stand OR to set up your own DYI full body Red Light booth if you had them installed properly. The panel standing alone is more than big enough to provide coverage for any particular area of the body such as the face, back, legs AND you get TWO of them!The product is BRIGHT, has a nice on/off switch, and it works! AND it comes with a full 2 year warranty that was easy to activate.I still cannot believe the cost of this device!! 5 Stars!

I am totally amazed at what this red light does for pain. I have used it on the bottoms of my feet, my elbow, my fingers, and the back of my neck. My husband has used it on his wrist, his hip and his knees. It is amazing that just 10-15 minutes of usage for just a few days makes the pain go away! Red light therapy works for pain by stimulating the mitochondria within cells leading to increased cell function, improved blood circulation, and reduced inflammation, providing pain relief at the source of the issue. We put the panels right next to our skin. The panels are not hot. We don't use sunglasses just have to not look at it directly and it works out fine. The price on these panels are amazing! They are light weight easy to plug in and turn on. Where has this Red Light Therapy been all my life! Why isn't it more popular? I am completely sold and so happy! Half of these lights are “out” they aren’t it’s just the IR and we can’t see it. Used these for wound healing and I swear the it healed 2x as fast. I’m a nurse and see PLENTY of wounds and for the price Ild say try them. I also use them on my face 20 Minutes 3-4 times a week. These seem cheap but actually are great. They are so bright, just kind of awkward in size- I wish they had asCases- they came with a stand, but it was flimsy., I’ve had them and used them probably 20x . No level or fancy switch just on and off.

This review is for the Red light therapy lamp (2 pack). Shipping was very fast! The items were packaged nicely - like what you would expect from a company that takes pride in their products. These lamps came with adjustable stands as well as wire hangers, 2 pairs of goggles (actually dark glasses) to protect eyes, and a 2 year warranty that was very simple to activate. I received a personal (and very sweet) email from the seller within minutes of activating the warranty.Now, to the lamps. Easy to unpack and set up on the stands. The lamps are lightweight but feel well-made. Both lights work well and are simple to turn on and off. The stands are plastic but seem sturdy enough. With normal use, I think they will hold up just fine.We purchased this as a bit of an experiment- we have family members who bought hand-held infrared devices for pain and inflammation and they had good reports.We purchased for several reasons, to include skin care and aching joints.I personally went in to this without any expectations one way or the other - mostly curious. I sat with my hand close to the light for maybe 15 minutes and was surprised when I realized my hand wasn’t aching like it was before I started. Interesting!I will add to this after we have used for a few weeks.

Great item, great price! Easy to use and provides very friendly customer service. My little guy doesn't like sitting still long, but he does enjoy playing with his legos. I love that we can make both work together!

I use these red light boxes every day. I’m not 100% sure if it’s doing anything. I do think that my hair grows a little faster but I’m not 100% sure it functions well. It seems durable very low heat level and it does give me a level of relaxation I trained with kettle bells, right in front of the red light boxes And if nothing else they look cool.

I’ve only been able to use the lights a few times so far but they seem to work well. I’ll update back when I’ve seen/felt a difference. They seem to be durable, the design is large enough and easily portable. Comes with glasses. I’m pleased with my purchase.

Great lamps! Great price and value. Has already helped with shoulder aches and blood circulation for my elderly pops.
