I bought 5 or 6 of these to keep around the house. I love them. They're easy to take with you on the go, they put out a huge amount of mist compared to their size, they're easy to use, quiet, and discreet. My plants absolutely love them and they're great for when you have a cold. Out of the 5 or 6 that I bought, one never put out much mist and seemed to be broken from the time that I took it out of the box. Because of the one that didn't work I knocked it down 1 star. They are cheap so I'm not surprised 1/6 stopped working pretty immediately, I just hope the others all last a decent amount of time!

I admit, initially, I was unsure about this product, but since receiving it, I have grown to really enjoy the humidifier. Beyond the ease of use and the smaller size, I love the fact of how easily portable the product is! I can use it in my office, and also when I am traveling in the car, without issue. The choice to have the USB to "plug" the device in helping to encourage the portability of the device! Even better, where the water is "placed" for the work of the humidifier, it is small enough to fit into a standard cup holder found in most vehicles. Overall, excellent device if you want a portable. The only thing I wish that could be changed would be the ability to add essential oils; however, this is not something usually allowed with many similar devices, so that is fine.Furthermore, compared to similar products I have tried, I do admit this one has proven the most portable and easiest to utilize. Also, if you want to have it in your care, you do need to ensure you have a USB connector in the car. These are just a couple of the notable points I think are valuable to understand about the product.

I ordered this humidifier because we travel a lot and are used to sleeping with one at home, so we are uncomfortable not having one at night. We also have a baby that gets sick often, so we need a humidifier for her as well, on the go It worked great for the first year having it. Great output. I didn't think it would be able to do the job, but it did. Then we took a trip right after a year of having it and I went to fill it in the hotel and noticed some weird darkness inside the piece that puts out the mist. This piece can't be opened up, but to me, it looked like I was seeing mold growing inside it. I mean, mold is super bad for lungs, so we definitely shouldn't be misting it into the air we breathe. It's past a year, so I can't return it. I'm disappointed though because I had such high hopes for this product. If there was a way to open up the misting piece to dry it more thoroughly after every use, then this might not happen. The design is flawed the way it is. Not to mention, it is now double the price of what I paid for it a year ago!

PROS:-Consistent mist levels for 6-8 hours-Works BEST with ordinary tap water, no bottled water necessary for optimum moisture (I tried it)-Compact unit takes up little space-Ultrasonic means little to no noise, so it won't wake youCONS-Short cord which is not replaceable-No wall outlet adapter included-Wicks have to be replaced-Easy to knock over and spill water everywhere (done it twice at least)I bought this unit for bedside use so I wouldn't wake up all crusty and raspy in the mornings. At first, it was great, giving me just the amount of moisture I needed to not wake up in the mornings with dry nasal passages and throat. It doesn't really change the general humidity levels in my (very small) room as I keep a hygrometer close by and it's levels rarely change, but it was definitely getting the job done. Last week, it just randomly stopped producing mist. I changed the wick, thinking that was the problem. There are random barely visible wisps of mist but it's nothing like the force and levels there were just a few weeks ago. Very disappointed that six months in, I'm looking for another unit.

I live in FL (the home of humidity!) and when I travel to Las Vegas I get nosebleeds and wake up several time during the night because of my sinuses. I used this humidifier during my trip to Vegas in Dec 2018. It definitely was worth my investment. I will caution, that we were in suite and this will not work for the entire room. However, I placed it on the nightstand next to my bed and it worked just fine. What was even better was when I put it in a tall glass, it tilted towards the bed and misted towards me rather the standing straight up in its special cup. I have already recommended it to several friends.

I've had this humidifier for a few weeks now and it has been finicky from the beginning. Easy to set up, turn on, but it took a few tries to figure out to just press it once, quickly, to turn it on. Also, the red --> blue lights are hard to see (had to turn my lights off to see the color). The first few times it expelled lots of mist and seemed good although it never made it past a 6-7 hour run and it automatically shut off (with inches of water left inside). Instructions state that it has a 12-hour auto shut-off, but...not. Then, after two days, it had a significantly reduced output and lots of water (naturally) left inside the cup. I messed with the cotton cord (which was thoroughly wet) and pushed around on the metal disk on top and then the mist output was what it was at first but... not for long. Major design flaw(s). Sigh. The output is so minimal that it can't possibly be of benefit in any sized room or even an enclosed car. Sign me, Disappointed and out $20.

The Little Swan by Ostad is phenomenal! I purchased my unit in June 2018 and can say with certainty that it is easy to use, very durable (I use it everyday at home & travel with it), takes up little room on my night-table, and doesn’t interfere with my sleep in any way. This is my constant companion and one of my favorite purchases. When I had trouble with my unit recently, I further learned that the company is very responsive and excels in customer service. Their communications were professional, prompt, courteous, and helpful, even going above and beyond. I hope that this item is never discontinued, as I will be a customer for life.

Thought this would be good enough but it’s just not. The mister is fine but the design as mentioned in other reviews is flawed. I thought it wouldn’t bother me but It’s a real pain in the bum. Save your money and find another I’ve had great ones here on amazon and now I’ll be sticking to what I know when I comes to humidifiers. I can’t recommend this item due to its design and low functionality but the quality was decent.
