A great way to take ashwagandha

This is a review of 'Ashwagandha Liquid 1000mg - 60 Vegan Servings Ashwagandha High Strength Supplement Root Powder Extract - 2 Months Supply - Nootropic - Made in The UK by BLACK HAWK'.This is an ashwagandha supplement in liquid form. This is new to me as I usually take this in capsule form. This is easy to take as it doesn't involve swallowing a large capsule which is always a plus especially if you are someone who struggles to swallow pills. The liquid doesn't have much of a taste. I'm a bit confused by their dosage instructions as it states on the packaging 1 drop, approx 1ml, is 1000mg which is the serving size. However, the dropper has painted on measurements and shows 1ml as almost the full dropperfull. Obviously a full dropper is not the same as one drop. So it can be a bit confusing working out the right dosage. also, the paint on the dropper is wearing off so I can't see the measurements clearly any more.Overall I think this product would be good if they fix the dosage confusion on the packaging as this could potentially cause someone to use too much of the supplement.

With liquid supplements you get exact control over how much you want to consume whereas with capsules the dosage is fixed.With regards to Ashwagandha this is a supplement that I take daily in capsule format so, based on the above mentioned reasons, I was very pleased to be able to trial this 1,000mg Ashwagandha liquid.Per photos with this review, this item comes boxed and has a plastic seal that needs to be removed before can open the bottle. Also per photos, the bottle I received had a long BBE date of February 2026 (22 months from time of order).One thing I REALLY like about this liquid supplement is the dropper has measurements to allow you to accurately take how much you wish to. Often with liquid supplements they just come with a 1ml dropper without markings and you have to guess 0.50ml for example.The liquid itself is very thin and has very little taste to it. I take it by placing the required amount under my tongue and letting it sit there for around 30 seconds before swallowing.I happily recommend this product and feel at current selling price of £15 it is good value for liquid form Ashwagandha of this strength.

I stopped sleeping when I was taking this.It has no taste so it wouldn't affect your drinks etc.I can't comment on how useful it is as I had to stop taking it as I couldn't sleep at all.

I can never tell with supplements whether they have any effect or not, but this seems good enough. The bottle contains 60ml of ashwagandha extract, of which you’re recommended to take 1ml per day. Taken at this rate you have enough for 60 days. The liquid itself is ever so slightly sweet from the added glycerine, but is actually quite tasteless when diluted in water. As far as the extract goes everything seems fine and I have no complaints.The packaging could be better. The bottle comes with a pipette for measuring out the liquid and, once upon a time, there were numbers on the side of the pipette so I could measure out an accurate dose for each day, but these very quickly rubbed off, so now I have to guess. Not the end of the world, but it does get slightly annoying having to squint at squiggly lines every day trying to remember where the 0.5ml mark is. Also the label is black with very, very small silver writing on it, which might look good to some people but makes the information on it virtually unreadable to anyone over forty.Other than that it’s fine. A bit pricey for me to take regularly but I do prefer liquid supplements to tablets and even if I can’t swear to any positive effects, I certainly don’t feel worse for taking it.

Easy to take taste is fine started to use but only early day so don’t know about the improvement yet but love never had it in the liquid form before we take it again
