Bonnlo Barbell Olympic Bar, 7 Feet Olympic Weightlifting Bar 28mm Grip 700 lbs Capacity Bar Bench Press Chrome with Rotating Sleeve (7 Feet)

I haven’t used this barbell a ton yet, but it seems pretty solid and definitely better than I was expecting. The finish on the bar is very nice and looks good. The knurling isn’t very aggressive, but feels sufficient for most lifters. The collars spin very nicely and I could definitely see this being a good bar for Olympic lifters, though this feature makes it a little tougher to bench with—something to keep in mind if you’re planning on using this bar mostly for bench. Overall my first impression with the bar is very positive. Hopefully it will hold up well over time.In terms of both price and quality this bar is in between the low end crap bars made my by CAP and the higher end gym favorites like the Texas Power Bar or Rogue Ohio bar. It seems well suited to a home gym during covid especially if you don’t want to wait months for a Texas or Ohio bar.The only true negative for me was that the packaging was a bit beat up on arrival (the bar itself was I damaged) which seems to be a common complaint.

This bar is well made. It is sturdy and to Olympic specs. I have had up to 300 lbs on the bar and it is smooth, just like the bars at my CrossFit gym, when doing power cleans and other movements that require throwing the barbell around. The bearings are top notch. I honestly was not expecting much but am blown away at the quality. Thank you to the manufacturer for supplying such a high end product for a great price.

The packaging could be better. The ends are just taped. I've bought other barbells with thick cardboard or metal on the ends of the round tube. This is much better.Now on the barbell itself. Probably the best barbell you'll ever find new at this price. The sleeves spin well. The material of the sleeves is decent, not great. The nurl is perfect. It spins better than my Diamondpro bar, and as well as my older style Again Faster Team bar. The finish is very nice. I think it will hold up well. I did a few power cleans today up to 145 and the feel we perfect. I wouldn't purposely slam it a lot, but is great for a homegym barbell.I don't think you will find a better barbell for this price. I will see how it holds for a couple months and give an update. It measured even and I didn't have any issues other than one end was sticking out of the container. Luckily mine was not damaged. Better than the generic bars you're 300 lb set comes with. The snap rings are much better than screw in ends.

Bar is very nice but was delivered 2 days after it was supposed to arrive. I kept getting alerts that it was getting delivered and twice it was delayed/late. Other then the late arrival the bar is nicely constructed and well made

This is bar was actually better then I had expected. For me the bar held up on squats and dead lifts with out permanent bending. I was a little worried because off the price, but this bar is way better then the CAP trash bars I recieved with my weight sets. Even though I do not Olympic lift I could see this bar working well for that as well. This bar has a great spin to it. I would not however suggest this bar for benching. It rolls in your hand and that might be an issue for some people. Overall this exceeded my expectations.

Great bar. Collars spin extremely well when doing Olympic lifts. Sturdy, machined well, and knurling is exactly what you need. Aggressive enough for static lifts like bench and overhead presses, but mild enough for cleans and snatches. I read a review where collars spin during bench press, but to date I have not had that problem & I’m currently benching 185lbs.

Love it. It's just as good as I can find in the best gym. Obviously, I haven't tried too heavy weights, but in any case whatever weight I can handle in my current reincarnation, this bar can easily handle :) It's very solid and well built, convenient grip etc.
