Most people in the reviews said to order a 1/2 size up from your usual shoe size, because "supposedly" they run small. But, when I did that and, tried them on (after ordering them online) they were too large. I should have ordered my regular shoe size which is a size 7. Hope this helps other people. They are nice shoes and, probably would have kept them, had they fit. p.s.- this company does NOT offer free shipping and, I had to pay almost $7 to ship them back in order to return them. Not happy about that.Plus it's a whole hassle dealing with returns...

These shoes are sized appropriately. They’re cute, comfortable, and they have a slim layer of almost TPE type nonslip material on the bottom so clumsy ladies like me won’t bust our butts on solid surface floors. I find this information important because I’ve purchased similar styles of shoes that, unbeknownst to me, came with this slick plastic-ish material on the bottom. So I had to do that awkwardly slow shuffle move in order to remain upright while walking on basically any non-carpeted floor that wasn’t textured. Doesn’t matter how cute your shoes are, it’s almost impossible to look all classy and whatnot while wearing shoes that feel like someone applied a layer of grease or attached banana peels on the bottom.

I am a size 91/2. I agonised before buying a size ten based on the comments and reviews. The 10 fits like 91/2. I am relieved! Having said that, this is the most comfortable pair of flats I have ever won! I don't wear flats much because I have a very high arch and my feet are narrow which means that I cannot find a perfectly comfortable pair of ballet shoes that looks good too. I now have found it and I have ordered another. The just make my feet look so pretty. The material is very soft and pliable, does not rub the skin, just moves with the feet. Wonderful.

Based on the reviews I wasn’t sure if I should go up a size or not so I decided to get both and see what fit. I got a 7.5 which is my regular size and an 8.They arrived and the 7.5 was larger than the 8! No wonder the reviews of the sizes are so confusing! I kept the 8, but the show isn’t worth more than $5 they looked nice for less than a day. The quality is terrible and looks nothing the pictures. They only looked nice before it worn.In the picture the shoe on the left is size 8 and the right is 7.5

Don't be fooled, this shoe has a cheap price because it is (surprise) a very cheap shoe. I have bought Steve Madden flats for years for work as a teacher and thought I'd take a gamble on a shoe that looked very similar and had decent reviews. The materials are so cheap that the shoes literally squeak loudly when you walk. They are so plastic-y that when you bend them back and forth with your hands, you can tell they will become brittle and crack in no time- and that's before even wearing them. I have no idea whether they'd be comfortable all day because I could never wear such ridiculously squeaky shoes for an entire day in a quiet classroom to find out. So yes, the price looks tempting, but the shoe is a joke, and it's no wonder they don't stand by this product and offer free returns. Pay $10 more and buy the Steve Maddens that DSW sells year after year- the shoe that this one is trying to mimic.

I was hunting for the perfect pair of cherry red flats and had these sitting in my cart for weeks. Meanwhile, I stupidly went on Poshmark and went to Ross to get other cherry red flats that ended up not being exactly what I wanted.After wasting a bit of money, I figured I might as well just buy these. Am so glad I did, because these were the shoes I wanted from the start! Stupid me should have bought these first instead of wasting time, money and closet space om the other shoes!I ordered an 8, and it is still a bit big. I am normally an 8/8.5 due to a wide foot, but my heels are very narrow (walking on pizza slices here!). I'm glad Riverberry included the comfy heel pads with these shoes, because they really do make them fit perfectly. The sides are a bit wide for me with the toe bed being fine (that is the widest part of my foot). Since I'll only be wearimg these for special occasions, it's more than good enough!Am really happy with these, and I can finally stop my shoe search!

Way too small. I wear 8.5-9 normally but with flats I usually get a 9 to fit comfortably. These shoes are extremely uncomfortable and extremely tight. The right one was so much more tighter that I felt it was the wrong shoe size. I wore them once and never again will I wear them.

Cannot say enough about these shoes!I have now ordered multiple pairs of shoes from Riverberry and they are consistent in quality and are fantastic shoes.I would not recommend to anyone with wider feet, these definitely are made for narrow/slender feet.I sometimes have to order a half size up to an 8 for heels and boots however these are the perfect fit at a 7.5. They do not pinch or rub on any portion of your feet and are not stiff or difficult to walk in.This brand also includes a gel shoe insert for the ball of your foot with every pair of shoes, such a great extra! Would highly recommend these shoes, i use mine daily for work and they are professional and cute. The matte black is the perfect every day office shoe in the summer.
