I have had one of these pitchers for several months now, and I love it so much I ordered a second one. I make iced tea all the time (using boiling water and tea bags) and have had zero issues doing so in this pitcher. I have had other brands explode on me when adding hot water. Not this one! And it looks great.....not at all embarrassed to put it out when we have company. I will likely use the second one for ice water when we have guests.The lid fits securely. Never had an issue with a loose lie while pouring from the pitcher. Others I have had either have such a loose lid that it falls off or you have to fully remove the lid to pour. This one allows you to pour without spills and without removing the lid.I also love that I can get my hand inside when washing it. So easy.

I’ve only had this pitcher for three months and today when I put ice into it, the bottom of the pitcher (it was at room temperature) broke out of it. It should be far more sturdier than this. It was an attractive pitcher but I will find something of better quality in the future.Revision 2: Within one day the seller responded to me with an offer to send me a replacement pitcher. I’m hoping the second one will be more sturdy than the first one. They advised me that this pitcher can never sit empty in the refrigerator, which they don’t really say in their instructions.My ratings have gone from 5 ->1 -> 4The vendor gets high marks for styling and responsiveness and a ding because the pitcher broke by the act of adding ice to it

My husband and i had a bet going on how long this would last considering how clumsy i am. But so far i haven't managed to break it yet. Which is a legit concern considering how thin it is. In general I really love it. I clean it with boiling water in the sink..no freakin way i am putting this the dishwasher. I use it with one of those water filter systems rather than leaving the water in the plastic container they provided. Works great, highly recommend.

Love this, just the right size for my small refrigerator, I use it to make iced coffee for the week, very durable and the lid fits great, doesn't fall off like the acrylic one I bought at walmart.

I ordered the 2-pack. One item arrived fine. The other was sealed from the manufacturer and contained a beautifully bubble-wrapped jar of peanut butter. The jar was already opened, of course, so the oil leaked all over. Given the manner in which the box was sealed and taped, it's clear that it was done at the factory. Plenty of options for this kind of product. Don't buy from these guys.

The product is good and beautiful, but it is small and the lid (with orange juice for example) clogs constantly, so you have to keep cleaning it. But it is a good product.
