I bought this item with quite a bit of anxiety as I didn’t know what to expect. Firstly, the item arrived on time, as promised and straight out of the packaging, the quality of the item was apparent. I had ordered the XL as my waist had measured at about 33inches and the item fitted well. However, I was able to fasten the hooks on the last row by the second day and thought that I should have perhaps ordered a size down. I had an email from the vendor and gave my feedback with not a word of complaint, nor did I intend to as I feel that the item is perfect and leaves nothing to complain about. To my surprise, during communication, we ascertained the correct sizing. I never expected that level of customer service….it seriously blew me away and that does not happen easily. The size was corrected and I am again, very happy with the product. It has three rows of strong hooks that you can utilise as the product works for you over time. This allows you to be able to get greater use out of your item and not be forced to buy another as you get smaller. Overlaying the hooks is a strong zipper that further pulls you in and secures it and it has lovely soft boning down the back seams that you wouldn’t even know were there. It has good strong seams and the quality of the fabric is great and stands up to a cool wash. I chose to wash it at a low temp and dry away from the dryer so as not to compromise the elasticity of the trainer. I wear mine pulled down below the bust at the front as I find it more comfortable and it doesn’t interfere with my bra. This is just a personal preference and not pulling it down does not affect the comfort, especially for the smaller in bust. My item is exactly as in the photos of the item on Amazon. I would recommend it without hesitation as it is a great waist trainer and very comfortable. I take my hat off to the vendor re their Customer service.

This is great for helping with my posture, I originally wanted it to help me sit more upright especially working from home. It is comfy and i can wear it during my working hours. It does not show under most clothes, unless thinner more tightly fitted clothes.The first time you put it on it is tight but thats to be expected as it is new. The next few times it is easier to stretch where needed. The different hooks allow for the adjustment which i think is very handy. Also the extra zip layer helps hide the corset hooks.Over all very pleased with the product, would definitely recommend.

This is so comfortable to wear. I ordered this mainly for back support, which it does really well. The added bonus is that it helps hold all my wobbly bits in, so clothes look and fit better. I originally ordered the XL, but due to being out of proportion, it didn’t fit. I contacted the sender, and they happily replaced it for the next size up. Items were received very quickly and the customer service is excellent. Really great value for money and does everything and more I wanted.

I just received mine and didn't notice there was a hole in it. It fits perfectly and very comfortable but the hole is probably going to cause further damage to this product which is a shame. Looks like a manufacturing issue, maybe it wasn't pulled in tight enough when they were stitching it up. Apart from this it appears to be great

I'm really disappointed. This waist trainer actually appears quite bulky under clothing and offers hardly any compression at all.I bought a medium which is meant to fit size 6 to 8 yet it hardly holds me in even though I've got it on the tightest hooks. It is pretty bulky and has developed a fold in the middle which sticks out through my clothing.Will I bother buying the small? Nope, I'm not very confident in the quality.

This is my first time buying shapewear so I wasn’t expecting much but I’m blown away at how comfy and flattering this is. I’m a size 10/12 and got a medium and it fit perfectly on the last hook which is what I wanted as I’m on a weight loss journey. I wore this on a night out and dinner and it remained comfy the whole time, didn’t cause me to sweat. I didn’t need to wear a bra and all my problem areas (lovehandles, tummy and back fat) were all hidden perfectly. I’ve already recommended it to everyone I know and I’ll definitely be buying another. This is a must have in your wardrobe

I found this very uncomfortable, it rolls up and has bumpy bits on the side so you can see your wearing something underneath your t shirt

Bought this with the intention of helping keep a straight back as it was starting to hurt and almost deform from being slouched. If anything any slight bend with cause some discomfort and remind you to straighten out. Also good for working out if you want to work on your core weight loss.

Right in the right areas, helps you sweat! Also helps with posture. Going a size smaller fella better when it zips up. Material is comfy also.

I was hesitating on buying this because it only had 4 stars. But I went ahead and purchased it and I'm glad I got it. It's well made and has great support. I can breathe fine and also feel the compression. I'm 140lbs and 5'3 height. I purchased M, however with time it gave a stretch so if you want something more tighter S would be ideal.

I ordered this to snatch my waistline and also add shape while working out. I get a good sweat in while wearing this, it is not too tight, nor is it loose enough to where I will not see results. It is very comfortable to wear and after a few minutes it feels like you have nothing on. I have also started wearing it to work because I do a lot of walking. It fits as expected just follow the size chart and you will not be disappointed
