Purchased this based on consumer reports rating it a best buy. Very nice all around laptop for everyday use and has a fast enough processing power to play many games. It would be nice not to have to buy a separate CD drive but there are enough ports to handle several add ons like a external hard drive, cd drive and charge you phone at the same time.

Finally! I have purchased and returned 3 different brands of laptops in this price range. All of which had different performance issues. This laptop so far is great.. Good speed, picture, sound, and the keyboard layout is better than Asus, HP and Lenova. You can see the keys and they are well placed for fast typing.Excellent picture quality and the battery is adequate for approx. 6 hr run time in Chrome which drains battery faster. The OS is Windows Home not in S mode!! Previous laptops which came in S mode all had performance issued when I switched out. My only issue would be with the processor not being the newest and fastest version, but that is my own fault for not researching prior. It has all the required ports and made from quality aluminum - doesn't feel flimsy and so far no problem with overheating from runningconstantly.I am writing this review because when I was looking to replace my old laptop I relied heavily on other reviews in detail.

Bought this computer for work (only) Love it. My old computer was so slow I could take a nap while it was processing. This computer is perfect. It processes fast and very easy to use. (I'm no techie). Thinking of buying another for personal use. Yes I highly recommend this laptop. It would be great for school students.

Not a very good experience. No wireless mouse came with it and the cursor would jump all over the screen when using the tablet sensor pad. CHROME INTERFACE VERY CLUTZY !

This is a really great laptop computer. I am impressed with features that it has. Prefect for me and using it for home projects, searching Internet, etc.

So far doing good. Had to use you tube to learn how to use windows 11.This model has two hard drives, little learning curve to put files in the largest hard drive.

My best laptop ever. 20gb ram. 1tb harddrive . Because it came from the USA the keyboard is only in English and has no Arabic letters. The specs are as advertised. The laptop is beautiful but has a plastic feel to it. I have experienced some static electric shocks when it is plugged in. Don't know if this is some electrical built-up because of the transport or packaging. Will monitor if it discharge. Otherwise, it is fast and I managed to transfer all info easily from my older laptop. Comes with Alexa...need to figure out how to use it after the updates finished.
