I would purchase again and I do own three of the Panato brand sets. I have several different brands besides Panato and this is my first go to out of all of them. The pads are smooth where you need it to be for skin contact.The remote is a help for the out of eye range use.I wish it had the leg belts but you can improvise.I almost didn’t purchase them because of negative reviews but learned a long time ago to”see for myself “ .It’s difficult to make a decision based on what could be a lack of understanding or a bad customer service experience from other customers.With that said it was nothing major but the customer service for my situation did everything they said they would do.The product aspect yes it can tingle or hurt but keeping it damp and properly placed often corrects that. Like I said I would recommend the product and purchase again. It’s a little pricey in comparison to some but I’ve had good use for the most part. Everyone is different in experiences and opinions but this has been mine. I hope it helps!

I had an issue with this fitting my thighs and reached out to the company. Their customer service is good. The idea of no gel pads to replace is great. You just moisten the pad with water and you are good to go. It’s a game changer.

I am not surprised that the manual is in pidgin English. However, the manual contains no information of any sort that would tell the buyer how to obtain the excellent customer support that is described on the Amazon website. Even an internet search for the seller/manufacturer results in no more than a few YouTube videos and some Amazon sales pages (the same pages that tell you about the exceptional customer support). I would like to keep the product but I would also like the exceptional customer support that I paid for.

These are great but the seams on these are not very strong. For the price point, it's still worth the money. The charges last a decent time and power is moderate; however, still I might purchase a better quality product that lasts longer and has stronger pulses.

Like that it velcros to itself,stays tight,remote works great, no gel strips to worry about. Inside of belt has smooth surface you can easily keep clean. Intensity to 30,best I have encountered. So far,5 stars!!

I purchased this with hopes of supplementing my workouts. Upon plugging in the pad batteries to charge they only charged for about 20 seconds and then turned off. When hooking them up to the pad they did not come on, but the remote did. Called Amazon and requested a replacement. The second one did the same, but I was able to get one out of the three to charge and turn on. Sadly once turned off, it did not come back on. I returned both. The pad batteries seemed cheaply made and easy to break. The pads seemed to be made out of quality material. Buyer was fine, but the product did not work for me. Kind of bummed out about it.

I have tried another brand which didn't work at all. I was conflicted to try this belt but have been happily surprised.This belt certainly has the voltage to make your muscles move and even provides some lower back or abdominal cramping relief better than a heating pad.I do not know yet if it will tone muscles yet, but I will keep using to find out.Warning - the arm bands are the strongest and really give my arms a workout...or electic-shock therapy. It is a close line of unbearable painat just level 1, but my thought is that it must really be working as I did feel a little fatigue in my arms and hands as the electric current definitely run all the way to my finger tips.
