Good quality and tension
Originally I got these for stretching and rehabbing injured muscles but I have found these to be useful in many other applications as well. The rubber feels nice and durable. I have had no problem with tension loss during use and the preform perfectly. The range of resistance is great and serves all my necessities from lighter rehab to more moderate resistance movements, as well as full body weight assistance during pull ups and dips.

Compact!
Great little exercise bike, perfect size for smaller person, but can be adjusted for someone taller! Very smooth and quiet operation!! Its small size does not take up a lot of space! Nice addition are the resistance bands! Assembly was fairly easy, the instructions were clear! Great use for elderly, and nice for a warm up before exercise or stretching!!

I like the versatility for using these
I really like mine! I can make them work for me at the resistance that I prefer. Works so well for the fascia exercises for my legs! At first, I wasn't sure but I just figured out how to use these. Love them!
