I just reserved the item, I connected the gas house and propane regulator, which is the only thing you have to do, the grill didn't work.I find out that the propane regulator is the problem so I had purchased one to go with the American standard, and the grill is working perfectly now.And I believe now this was the problem with the first grill which I returned three weeks ago.

Not sure what is wrong with this thing but it’s been an hour and it doesn’t work at all.Also came completely scratched up. Like it was being packaged and handled with blades.Embarrassing when your christmas present to someone is something that doesn’t workat all.

Very good product .Used it and made great shawarma (takes long time to cook but that’s how shawarma is)For kofta I had to but flatter skewers as the ones included are the round which I had no success using them (the meat ends falling off)Overall shipping was fastProduct is decent price and good for home useHad some scratches on the outside though.

We used it first time yesterday when we had guests over and it was amazing.The Shawarma came out tender and delicious,
