Cartridges worked great in my Ricoh GX e3300n, but the yellow cartridge was defective and leaked the ink out into the bag it was in. Contacted Amazon and they made it right.

Not Sure If the Cartridges Are Full
Just replaced cartridges and the Cyan shows that ink is depleted, then the Black shows half full. Not very happy with results because I can't print to try this ink.

Leaking cartridge
The black ink leaked inside the package and is not able to be used. I need a replacement for it.

Item is mislabeled
Even though the description says for the GXe3300n these cartridges will NOT fit in that machine.

I did not receive sublimation ink.
This product received 1 star because it arrived promptly. However I have been doing sublimation printing for 15 years and never had issues. I always bought OM ink very expensive but always 100 percent. If you know anything about sublimation you’ll know that you cannot put regular inkjet ink in a printer with sublimation ink and vice versa. This is now a tedious and expensive to drain and flush this ink out to start over.My warning if the bottles or cartridges do not say sublimation ink on them DO NOT Put it in your sublimation printer. I would not buy from this seller ever again.
