The Orient Mako 20th Anniversary Limited Edition is limited to just 3000 pieces worldwide, with each model having a unique serial number engraved into the caseback. It commemorates the 20th anniversary of the iconic Orient Mako. We are honoured to hold UK exclusivity over the new Orient Mako 20th Anniversary Limited Edition. The Case: The Orient Mako 20th Anniversary Limited Edition is housed in a robust stainless steel case that has been treated to a brushed finish. It measures 42mm in width and 13mm in height. A two-toned blue and black aluminium plate 120-click unidirectional rotating bezel sits atop of the case. The colours of the bezel separate between the triangular and 20-minute markers to commemorate the 20 year anniversary of the Mako. The 60-minute count up scale can also be used to measure elapsed time underwater. The bezel plate is equipped with six grooves for enhanced grip and functionality. The case also features a screw-down crown that is located at 3 o’clock; it is flanked either side by a crown-guard that prevents it from being knocked out of place. The sapphire crystal glass provides the watch with protection against scratches and shattering. It has been treated with an anti-reflective coating which improves the readability of the crystal. It also features a screw down closed case back, which is emblazoned with an engraving of their twin dolphin logo, as well as “20th Anniversary Edition” text. The Dial: The gradient blue dial showcases a stamped wave pattern that represents the beautiful oceans that surround Japan. It exhibits an uncomplicated layout that offers easy readability at a glance. It is occupied by gold-framed luminous handset and hour markers that allows for nighttime readability. The gold tipped seconds hand contrasts against the background of the black dial. A silver framed day-date aperture is located at 3 o’clock, whilst the gold Orient lion logo is situated proudly beneath the 12 o’clock marker. “Anniversary Edition” text is printed on the dial besides the 20 minute marker. The Bracelet: The watch is presented on a stainless steel 3-link oyster style bracelet that has been treated to a vertically brushed finish. The bracelet fastens through the use of a fold over deployment clasp. The Functions: Orient’s calibre F6922 automatic movement powers this timepiece. It is a self winding movement that consists of 22 jewels and offers a power reserve of 40 hours. It has an accuracy of +25/-15 seconds per day. It is water resistant to 200 metres, which means that it can be worn when diving.

Love it!! Handsome and True!
I found this watch very intriguing. It did remind me of the omega seamaster. The bezel has a good resistance and moves very nicely. High quality. Nice weight. The movement is decorated inside. The case is assembled in China. The movement is made in Japan. In the future I will make sure I get a wholly Japanese version. Log to log this is 22 mm which some find slightly too wide but on my 6-inch wrist it's not an issue with a comfortable upgraded bracelet. The in-house made movement is very accurate. Over the last 2 days I've lost 10 seconds or less. Very smooth, solid build. I was worried this would be too big for me but with a malaise mesh strap I get away with it. Do note that that the strap included is of a standard quality. This watch is also a manual wind, with the automatic movement. With a 40-hour reserve. The loom is the brightest I've owned and is very impressive. Will last all night. The polishing round the sides of very nice. There's a high polish along the top around the lugs with a lovely curve which makes for a very nice detail. This is just great quality and a solid piece.*27 June UpdateI sadly had to return this item. As it appear to be faulty and was not keeping good time.
