I was concerned the product wouldn't charge my computer since it only charges via the c port, but it did. It works great with my Surface Pro X LTE 1876. It is a great value for the money and very practical. It is nice having one device to do it all. Connectivity is solid. It is lightweight and convenient.

I've only had it a few days but so far so good. All the ports work and it's lightweight. I purchased it with the intention of connecting 2 monitors using a type c adapter but it doesn't support that. I didn't really know what I needed so I didn't think to check the specs for that specific feature. I'm sure this was intended for when you're on the go. I won't ding them for that. Seems like a sturdy device but connection to laptop is a little lose. You'll want to hold when in when inserting and pulling out cables.Due to the low price and reports of similar devices that frequently stop working, I will be unplugging it when not in use.

I bought one of these adapters early 2024, it lasted less than 6 months before it simply stopped working. The seller apparently saw my review and although the warranty had expired, to their credit, offered me a complete refund. I decided to give it another try. I purchased another of the same adapter again in December of 2024. This morning, some 2 months later I powered up my Surface Pro and noticed the green light on the adapted wasn't lit. When I removed the adapted from my Surface, it literally start coming apart. The photos speak for themselves.

I had a different brand that kept falling off. This one has a strong connection and works well

Allows me to use external monitor. Works great for the Surface Pro 7.

Keep in mind that when you use this your Surface will run on it's battery only. The USB-C power connector does NOT pass any power through this.

Everyone that uses it likes it. The new model with the curved edge fits better and more supportive. My first one shorted out because of the weight by the cables. Only had it less than 6 months.
