I started taking vitamin B12 50mcg as I recently got some results back to say my level was a little low. For me, incorporating these into my routine has been pretty straightforward. The box is a convenient size to store in my dresser drawer so I remember to take one each day, and the size of the tablets makes them easy to swallow, which is always a plus as I’m really bad at swallowing tablets usually. I’ve only been taking them for just over a week so I think it would be too early to comment on the effects just yet, but I do plan to have my levels tested again in a few months. As these are 50mg they seem to cover the guidelines (in the U.K. at least on the NHS guidelines) for B12 consumption, which is good to know.

These tablets never arrived. I ordered on 21st March 2024 and I have still not received them. Their expected delivery date was 28th March 2024 and now it's 29th March. Not many products take 7 days to arrive, and even if that's the case, I wouldn't order again based on the fact delivery seems to take forever, where 'forever' is greater than 7 days.That's disappointing as vitamin B12 is one of my favourite supplements, given its exceptional health benefits. These high strength energy tablets provided by SunVit Pro could have been just what I was looking for!

They expire in 2026 so there’s plenty of time to use them. They’re easy to swallow and the daily dose is 1 a day.

Good value for money. Easy to swallow and great dosage for starting and providing what is needed. Works well.

It's a bit strange having a B12 supplement that isn't suitable for vegans as it's the one suppelment vegans tend to take. The tablets are small in size and easy enough to swallow. It is at least suitable for vegetarians. You are getting 50 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money at just over a fiver. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your B12 support unless you're vegan.
