Tasty way to improve your food and gut health!
Love this product. Used to get it in my Tesco but not stocked now. Great in all savoury dishes! Seasoning for veg and egg dishes especially and loads of good minerals! Good for 30 plant based ingredients a week!

Seaweed salt
Still getting used to it but I think it will be good as I want to replace using ordinary salt with a healthier alternative.

Just delish!
Ooh, this is a bit fancy in the kitchen cupboard. I do love Seaweed as a super food. I bought this to sprinkle onto salads, and it's a great little bonus onto pasta and rice dishes too. I added this onto a pizza, before placing in the oven, and the beautiful aroma of baking seaweed filled the kitchen with such warm smells, I'd recommend to anyone. A good buy, but one I wouldn't share.

Meh: Wonderful idea but not sold on the delivery
The idea is wonderful and I was really excited about using seaweed flakes as salt and adding texture and a pinch of sea flavour to my food. However, the delivery has not convinced me.I have a sensitive palate and I could barely taste the salt or smell the "fish". You'd have to put a lot more to really taste it and this only has contains 30g. The packaging (tin) is simple and lovely and kind of make you think that it is holding in centuries of healthy sea-inspited traditions and I wanted to believe that. But at that price and the amount of content, I expected more for a pinch than it actually delivered.

Really hoped I could use this instead of salt. Dry flakes that don't taste of much at all. Will not re-order.
