Q: Is the grind of this corn meal fine, medium or coarse?

Hi, Giselle,Indian Head corn meal is very fine, almost like all-purpose flour. You don't need to add flour to it to make fine textured corn bread or muffins. Just follow the recipes from the manufacturer for excellent results. I've used this brand exclusively for many years because it's just very good. My husband is particularly fond of spoon bread made with this corn meal. Since we like some sweetness to our corn bread and spoon bread, I add 1/4 C of sugar to those recipes with excellent results.
