Gel stick does the job

I use stain removal gels often and this one by Oxi Clean works pretty well. I like the nozzle that lets you push out when you have it upside down, just press down a little and gel will come out. Its not a very exact science, but it will come out. Often, I find the gel isn't very good at spreading once it comes out, but you just have to work fast. It also will slightly come out on the sides of the top, so I have an extra step of wiping excess on my garment. It gets most stains out if you get to it relatively quickly. The included brush is a nice touch, but these are very inexpensive and can be purchased for almost pennies. The bundle is nice, but if you're trying to be price concious, just order the stain removal by itself.

This OxiClean gel stain remover works pretty well for most stains, like coffee and sauces. The gel dispenses easily, especially with the convenient nozzle, although it can be tricky to spread once it comes out. You may need to act quickly and wipe off any excess gel. It’s effective if you catch the stain early, and I appreciate the brush included in the kit, though it can be too rough for delicate fabrics.

This was the first time I used Oxi clean in the gel form. It's like a big deodorant stick, but messier.... It's hard to control the amount of gel that comes out, and I got gel all over my hands after opening it for the first time. I wanted to clean a stain that was on a pre-owned toy that I had bought, and I followed the instructions: applied the gel, scrubbed it, and let it sit for more than 24 hours. After the 24 hours, I went back again to rinse and scrub it some more. However, the stain didn't go away at all. It says it's best used for fresh stains, so I'll try and leave it longer to see if it improves. I expected a bit more since it's the brand name Oxi clean after all.

I’ve had good success with just letting the gel sit for a bit, then scrubbing lightly before tossing it in the wash.
