Easy to set up and to store, comfortable to move around. Device seems sturdy and can carry a lot of weight. Percfect for a home gym if you don't have a lot of space.

The quality seems good, and it works pretty well, adding a small amount of assistance on the return phase of the exercise.The instructions provided are pretty poor. It took me a while to find the small 'on' button in the middle of the screen. There are also 3 modes that are cycled through by pressing the same button again. Unfortunately the names of the modes are written in Chinese, so I've not yet worked out what the middle mode does. Perhaps it's measuring distance covered, or something like that. The 1st mode is a simple repetition counter, and the 3rd mode simply measures the time in use.Another negative is that the USB charging cable is too short.Aside from those points though, the quality isn't bad. It's quick and easy to assemble / take apart, and it doesn't require too much storage space. It comes with a handy little foam rubber kneeling mat too.

This is better then the stantard ab rollers you can buy as your whole arm goes on here so it works your arms aswell as your abs. It feels very sturdy when in use so you don't have to worry about hurting yourself by accident. Nice addional feature is it counts how many reps you've done.

This is a bit different to other rollers that I have seen as it has two rollers side by side instead of one and I think because of this it feels a bit more stable. You only need to use it for a few minutes before feeling the burn. I have substituted the crunches in my video workout to use this instead as crunches give me neck ache. It was easy to assemble and feels sturdy. It felt comfortable to use. It is portable and doesn't take up that much space. I think for the current price of £23.99 it's a useful and inexpensive bit of kit for your home gym. Sadly I still eat too much so can't say I have noticed any improvement.

Ich gehe nicht gerne ins Fitness-Studio, lieber mache ich meine Trainingseinheiten für mich. Somit fühle ich mich unbeobachtet und kann die Musik hören, die mich anheizt mein Training erfolgreich abzuschließen.Da ich aktuell dabei bin meine Bauchmuskelatur weiter auszubauen, habe ich mich für dieses Trainingsgerät entschieden.Einen Bauchroller habe ich bereits, bei diesem ist aber keinerlei Anzeige erkennbar noch unterstützt es mich.Dieser Bauchtrainer ist sehr schnell zusammen gebaut und man kann sofort loslegen, da man hier keinen leeren Akkustand versendet hat, sondern der Akku des Geräts ist auf voller Energie geladen gewesen.Gut finde ich auch, dass hier eine praktische Matte für die Knie dabei ist. In meinem Trainingsraum in unserem Haus sind Fliesen verlegt und hier habe ich bislang immer eine alte ausrangierte Decke genutzt. Die Matte erfüllt voll ihren Zweck und ist sehr smart, sodass ich kaum Platz benötige, um alles in eine Ecke bei der Nichtnutzung zu verstauen.Die LED Anzeige ist sehr klar und funktioniert ohne Verzögerung.Das Rollen der Räder, also das Training als solches, macht mir Freude und ich fühle mich angestrebt, noch ein bis zwei weitere Trainingseinheiten zu absolvieren, da die LED Anzeige sich damit steigert und ich mich dabei gut fühle.Die Qualität hat mich ebenfalls voll überzeugt und so nehme ich an, dass ich damit lange meine persönliche Freude haben werde.Deswegen vergebe ich sehr gerne meine vollen 5 Sterne und kann das Produkt weiterempfehlen.
