This phone is a great size for a first phone. Fits iny 11 year old's hand well, and looks just like the bigger smart phones so she can blend in with it. I love having android family Link to control screen times and apps she can use. Company is quick to respond to questions and troubleshooting as the first one we had needed some help. Highly recommend this phone and this great company!

It's great to carry around, and the small size helps to limit your screen time. But, it's kind of slow and not so good for anything more involved than sending a text or using Spotify.

The device turned on, and went blank screen with 2 minutes.Unable to turn it back on. Even after trying to charge it.

I think it's important to note the scale, which is quite remarkable (my hands are of average size). After that shock wears off, it's time to set up the phone, which was simple and intuitive.. and a bit challenging working with the similarly tiny soft keyboard. Again, not insurmountable and easily accomplished with concentration. Access to WiFi was straightforward, as was adjusting the time. I found it impressive that a clear case and screen proetctor are included, as is a USB-A to USB-C power cable. The phone was partially charged right out of the box. I'm setting it up on a low cost cell service provider as a backup phone, a purpose to which it is well suited.
