Helpful for relieving back pain
I’ve had really sever back pain this pregnancy (needing physical therapy) and was recommended that I get one of these by my physical therapist (not this particular model, but this brand was named). I hesitated a little bit on the price, especially since I didn’t use any support in my last pregnancy, but ultimately got it with future pregnancies in mind. I do think it’s helped make a difference in the amount and severity of my pain (in addition to the exercises I’ve been prescribed and icing/applying heat). I didn’t give 5 stars because, while I know it might seem self-explanatory, it didn’t come with any instructions at all about how tightly you should wrap it and I’ve had to wait until I can see my physical therapist again in order to check if I’m using it properly. It only comes with wash instructions and that’s only because those are printed directly onto the fabric. I personally wouldn’t recommend sitting with it, it sits a bit awkwardly, but definitely feels helpful to wear while standing doing dishes, folding laundry, or other similar tasks.

As Has Been Said IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY and outshines all other belly bands!!
This product is amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about it.I am 34 weeks pregnant and this is my 3rd pregnancy. Throughout the end of my 2nd pregnancy I could barely walk without excruciating pain. I later found out that I had SPD (moderate to severe pubic bone pain due to the spreading or separation of the ligaments in the pubic symphysis area). During my second pregnancy my sweet husband bought me several prenatal massages to try and treat the pain, but the relief only lasted a day or two at best.I was hopeful that maybe with this pregnancy I would be okay, but for the last few weeks I've been in agony again. And once again we were looking at massage therapy to relieve the pain. While waiting for my ob to return from delivering a baby so I could have my biweekly check up, I decided to go to a nearby spa and see if they could fit me in for a prenatal massage that day. Given their proximity to an ob's office, they have a lot of products catered to pregnant women. As I began describing my pain to a spa employee, she whipped out one of these belly bands and suggested I give it a try. She measured my belly and suggested I try on a medium (I am 5' 10" and 200 lbs and measured 42" around my belly). It was INCREDIBLE. The relief was immediate. I was absolutely stunned, walking around the spa with absolutely no pain. I was thrilled... until she mentioned the price. $70?? I was sure I could find something cheaper that would work just as well. So I called my local Babies R Us and they assured me they had a vast selection of belly bands for me to choose from.So after my ob check up, I went to Babies R Us and tried on a few bands. None of them really helped, but I decided to go ahead and purchase one of the cheaper ones. I figured any support was better than no support. After I got home I strapped on the cheaper band and gave it a test run. After nearly an hour of wearing the cheaper band, I realized how wrong I was. Not only did it just not support my belly, but it would roll up on itself and then it would be digging into my back and sides. My husband ultimately insisted that I return the less expensive band and he ordered this one from Amazon. And I am SO happy he did!! I have worn this belly band for 2 days now and I feel almost normal; no pain, just bigger around :DIf you are wondering if this is worth the price, let me reassure you, IT IS and then some! I spent around $200 during my last pregnancy trying to find this kind of relief. I wish I could go back 3 years and give myself this band and save myself $130.As far as the complaints about the Velcro not working after a few washes, it makes me wonder if they are following the washing directions. Hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. If they were washed in a machine that could damage the Velcro. I imagine using any type of fabric softener might do that as well.I have only had mine a few days though. I will update in a few weeks.***UPDATE***I used this successfully through the end of my third pregnancy and it was a life saver! I had no problem with the Velcro losing grip.My band saw me through the last 6 weeks of my last pregnancy. My sister ended up borrowing it for the last 2 months of her last pregnancy (she has a shorter torso than me and struggles with carrying babies for a lot longer before it becomes a problem for me). She said it was great and asked if she could borrow it her next time around :)I am pregnant again and am relieved to know that I have this ready and waiting as soon as I start to need extra support.I love this product!!

Great for twin pregnancy
I tried 3 other belly bands and this one was the clear winner. I am short so some of the other belly bands were too long for my torso. Pre-pregnancy weight was around 120lb, but with a twin pregnancy, I have gained almost 40lbs all concentrated in my belly by week 30 so this has put a lot of strain on my back. It isn’t a miracle worker, but it is nice support and helps.

A must-have for Twin Mamas!
If you are carrying multiples, you MUST get this belly band. It's expensive, but worth every single penny. I'm currently 7 months pregnant with twins. This band keeps my electric right-side round ligament pain away, and helps keep my long "get off your feet" evening contractions at bay. I'm usually a size Medium in pants, a size 8/10 dress size, so ordered a Black Large-sized band at about 5 months along. *I recommend sizing up!! This band carried me up until exactly 28 weeks, when I started noticing the velcro not sticking very well (specifically the female non-scratchy side.. it looked like it was combed out with no more fluff for the velcro to grab onto, which makes sense given the daily usage.) In a panic (if you've ever had round ligament pain, you can relate!!), I ordered the White XLarge-size. Note: If you're a singleton Mama, this band may last you longer than what I have experienced. With multiples, our tummies grow double-fast, so once the weight started packing on it was time for an upsize and new band.I wanted to test the efficacy of the velcro on the white compared with the black, due to another highly-rated review stating the white was lower quality. So, drumroll.. It's great and equally as awesome as the black. Both are sticky, both relieve pain, and both hold up this gigantic tummy carrying two babies. A double thumbs up. Pros of the black: I found wearing the band over black maternity yoga pants (Ingrid & Isabel from Target make nice capris) feels very comfortable. And the black band blends right into the pants, which is nice. Pros of the white: If you wear a light colored, thinner fabric dress or top, white would be less visible. But when you hit the third trimester, it's really tomatos tomahtos. Before my belly got large and I could fully appreciate this band, I tried the AZMED Maternity Belt. This $25 band is great for early on when belly weight is minimal. Huge pro here is that it's nude. The AZMED band itself is thinner also, so it doesn't have the band-ridge along your back, like the Belly Bandit. It's not a deal breaker, but the Belly Bandit is pretty obvious under a thinner-fabric dress, especially when you get larger and those once-flowy maxi dresses start becoming a little more body-hugging. ; ) I try to go back and wear my flowy dresses wearing the nude AZMED, but always ALWAYS end up getting terrible round ligament pains and contractions after an hour or so. Where, the Belly Bandit keeps me supported all afternoon. Comfort over discreet fashion at this point. I tell ya, Belly Bandit is the way to go! It's a blessing!!

Super comfy and good support
I got this support belt around my week 35 and I was struggling with the weight of my belly. I had lower back pain and also the pelvic area was very uncomfortable. I've been using it since then and I wish I had bought this before! It really helps. I love the removable hot pad, it's a blessing to be able to put it on go for a walk and get relief or just to be around home with it. Material is super soft, I usually wear it on top of clothes but I have used it a few times on bare skin and really not itchy are all. It's so soft that I can forget I'm wearing it. A friend recommended this support band and told me she used it with the wider side to the front after her C-section. I plan doing the same, again I think the hot pad is going to be of big help. It took a bit longer to arrive and I paid for the fast delivery but... this are covid-times so I understand, it was just 2 or 3 days more. Overall I would say is worth the money

So happy
I wish I’d had this for my first two pregnancies. It doubles or triples the time I can comfortably stay on my feet. Very comfortable. Pricey but worth it. I sized up and am glad I did.

Happy to have this support
Debated between the medium and large but went with the medium (which was my pre pregnancy size) Fits well, washes well. Helps with long hours standing at my job. Heat pack pocket in the back is handy 👍🏻

Great quality, Didn't help SPD pain
Bought this band because I was hoping it would help with my SPD/groin pain in my second trimester. Really liked the material quality and the band stayed put however didn't help my pain levels. The heat pack is amazing and stays hot for quite a while after only 30 seconds in the microwave. I ended up returning as it didn't work for me however I can't really blame the product for my grumpy pelvis.
