Amazing jacket, looks great!
I received a compliment about this jacket within the first hour that I had it on (no joke) from a co-worker while walking to my office at work. The quality is great and the jacket looks and fits amazingly. I own many (~10) Arc'teryx jackets/coats and this Helly-Hansen is possibly my new favorite jacket which is saying a lot given how much less this cost. I HIGHLY recommend this if you're on the fence.

Good looking jacket, but not as nice as the previous model
I was sent this v2.0 Crew Hooded Jacket jacket as my re-order of the previous (original) version was out of stock. Helly Hansen denied my warranty after the interior white lining of the HellyTech started to delaminate after 4 years, and I couldn't find anything else with the same fit that I loved, so I decided to reorder. It's still a good jacket, but all of the changes to the 2.0 version feel like downgrades to me in comparison to the previous version. Here is what I have noticed:- Fit has slightly changed: While not a huge change, the overall fit and feel of the jacket now fits like anything you'd get from NorthFace, Arcteryx, Stio, etc. Previous HH jackets were the closest I could get to fitted. The previous version of this jacket looked and felt like something meant for sailboat racers, with just enough room underneath a light/thin mid-layer. It looked great and got a lot of compliments, but this one is just not quite the same. It seems now the cut is closer to a ski-jacket with a touch more room everywhere. They sell this as "articulated shoulders and arms" in the marketing, but I can tell you there is no visible change from the previous version in the cut, just roominess. The change is minor- I wouldn't necessarily call it a deal breaker, but it is enough to make me consider other options.- zipper pulls are still ykk metal, but the hardware at the top and bottom is now plastic, not metal- little "pockets" for the zipper pulls when they are zipped all the way up which keeps them from flying and dangling around in your face when it's windy are gone. I guess the target sailing demographic doesn't go out in windy conditions anymore?- the little plastic pouch on the back is gone. This was a nice feature born from serious offshore racers.- the material the jacket is made from seems stiffer (more "crinkly"?). Might not indicate anything but the jacket doesn't lay as nicely as the old one did out of the box.- Hood has the "taffeta" lining rather than more of the same waterproof material of the exterior. I don't like this for longevity because it essentially exposes the white interior lining of the hellytech any oil, grease, salt, or dirt is known to damage that lining.Overall, a fine jacket, and still one of the better dedicated sailing jackets out there. But at full price I'd consider options from other brands.
