I searched a long time for a water bottle for my daughter. Finally decided on this one. Great reviews and we were initially happy with it. After several months, there is black gunk inside the sipping portion of the straw. I don't even want to think about what nastiness is in there. There doesn't seem to be a way to completely remove that part of the straw for cleaning. If there is, I am not aware of it. Too late to return, so back to the drawing board.

If I could guve this zero stars I would. I just received the package today, opened the delibery box and no bottle brush and no silicon ring for the lid. You guessed it, the bottle leaks. Wrong color also. 2nd order this week from Amazon where something has been wrong with the product.

I loved this water bottle for my 5th grader....until about after a few weeks the steel pin kept on coming out of the part that hold the lid on. We fixed it several times. Then it feel off a school is gone. BOO! Not worth the price for a lidless bottle :/.

The bottle keeps the liquid cool, no doubt about that. The thing is, I'm a straw drinker. It's too hard to get the liquid through the straw in a nice fluid way. Just my opinion and if you are a straw drinker like me this would just aggravate you.

I will give it zero star if I can, the cap broke on the 2nd use, spent $14 and this bottle last for 1 day. I might as well throw my money into the sea.

The rope broke on them twice but other than that the kids like them and they are the right size for their water I had to wait longer for these even though I ordered them Prime.

bottle top is hard to close. I bought them for aging parents. Not great.

This is vsry hard to assemble on a day to say basis. It leaked all the time and finally fell apart in 2 months of having it. Would not recommend this product.
