Noisy, but heats up quickly with two settings. I use it primarily for electronic heat shrink cable wraps. A good working practice is not to over do things in one particular area but move the hot air along a wire joint and away from stuff you don't want to melt. Use the additional nozzle supplied to distribute heat evenly. I given 5 stars for a no fuss useage.

Would be helpful to have few nozzles to concentrate heat in more narrow beam, but even without them, with two heat settings- quite useful tool...

The media could not be loaded. Adapter plug is dangerous! it does not hold in the bottom two screws. When the Adapter plug is pulled out of the socket the back rear of the plug comes of. It also has a burning smell. Not safe to use.

Ideal tool for heating things up and for heat shrink.
