One day we couldn’t eat wheat, and Einkorn was part of the solution.About a year ago eating the regular old wheat (bread flour, all purpose, store pasta), made us feel really bad (one had rashes, one constipation, the other nerve tingling). The solution we found was hard to pinpoint as it was possibly a few things:1. Mold – living in damp Michigan, keeping everything in the basement, we became might have become sensitive to mold contaminants. We have not mapped the wheat genome yet (too complicated), and when we do we will be years to know what does what. So if modern wheat is the issue, try old wheat or wheat from conservative countries. At that time we still had potentially moldy food from Michigan. But after taking various probiotics, and all food was from dry New Mexico, we could eat Einkorn, then after a few more weeks Spelt, then Di Martino pasta. So for us, it was a mixed solution and we still try to not overload on wheat. We are still learning, testing, adapting to changing conditions, and giving thanks to Jesus for every meal. OK, this holiday season I have been reflecting a lot about the things I should be grateful for and I wanted to write this review to promote this product. My son had loose and foul smelling stools for the first two years of his life. We tried changing up his diet. We eliminated dairy and sugar. We went to a dietary specialist specializing in digestive disorders. And we tried probiotics. Nothing worked. His appetite was poor and he was on the very low end of the growth chart. His stools were nasty. As a sort of last ditch attempt, I ordered these specific probiotics and gave them to my son. The change was remarkable. After completing a single bottle, his stools remain well formed and earthy months later. I have no definitive proof that it was these probiotics that are responsible for the change, but everything changed after them. I consider this some of the best money I have ever spent in my life. This particular probiotic has more species in it, and I think that is what finally tipped his gut flora in the right direction. Again, the difference has been life changing for my son. He now eats more, he sleeps better, and he is now potty trained and can wipe his own butt. These may or may not work for your kids, but they are absolutely worth a shot because they worked for us.

Full disclosure: I am in my thirties.I started taking these back in late August when my stomach was cramping and being annoying (I get acid reflux a lot, to top that off.) It took about two weeks before my stomach stopped feeling so rotten. The purpose served, I might've finished out the bottle I'd bought and then not ordered another. But in September, I started to notice something: My thinking, which is often muddled and foggy due to Rx prescriptions, had started to clear. In short, my mind was clearing.Now, I know there's only be a little bit of research done with the benefits probiotics may or may not give the brain. But I hadn't gone into this knowing anything about links between good bacteria and the human brain. In fact, when I started experiencing clearer thinking, I had no idea what was helping me. I hadn't changed meds or diet or activities. The only thing that I had added were vitamins (which I used to be on) and this product. Doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to deduce what the most likely suspect is.To top that off, my acid reflux (which I'm already on medication for) improved a little. I feel when I take these tablets that I'm doing something great for my gut and my brain. WIN!The texture and flavor remind me of those Flintstone Vitamins I used to take as a kid, just a little more sour. I chose the children's chewable version of this product because it doesn't have aspartame (which I cannot digest) and it's not yet another pill I'd have to swallow.I highly recommend you give this product a try!
